로열 모텔 트레이시 LLC(Royal Motel Tracy)

I prepaid for 2 nights but when i got there the guy wouldn't take a credit card for the $20 min security deposit, he wanted $50 cash instead..

decent place , interior isn’t old and is pretty well updated. Receptionist was very nice. only complaint is the strange looking people that were staying there

It was very affordable but definitely not a 4 or 5 starts hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom too. The furniture itself was old and could use some upgrades. There were some toiletries in the form of small packages. Luckily I bought my own shampoo and stuff. The hotel is kind of run-down outside and could really use a paint job, install new air conditioning units. The door to room had no insulation and I could see light coming thru on the side where the door knob is; well there is no door knob, just the hardware where you swipe the card to open the door. On the inside, there is no extra security latch, you know, the one at the top. Please add more pillows to each bed. It will be more confortable for the guests. Other than that, it was good and quiet. There were no disturbances.

Room was clean and remodeled, but outside was far from what I expected. Dirty walk ways, stairs that needs work, homeless issue. Motel on a very noisy boulevard.

Coming from out of town not knowing the area the staff there are very nice and welcoming

A**osphere very unsafe, dirty grounds, shopping carts in front of doors, people arguing in the parking lot. Cars jacked on blocks. Pretty sure this is a homeless hotel. Desk person nice, room was clean, but we did not feel safe!

When you drive in your first impression is what a dump but the rooms are a totally different thing they were very nice and well kept

It seemed like only 2 or 3 of the units were actually "motel" rooms - like most of the units were monthly low-income housing rentals? The room was clean enough, but a little run down, and I felt a bit uneasy/unsafe. When I got into my room, I locked the door and didn't go out again until morning. Although I checked in before dark, the lobby was locked and I checked in with a person at an outside window, which was unattended in the morning when I left (lobby still locked).
