문 팰리스 자메이카 – 올 인클루시브(Moon Palace Jamaica)

Having been to Jamaica a few times, this was our least favorite hotel. The beach is beautiful and there are various options for kids such as the kids club, game room, plash pad, pool slide and kayaking. However, the food was not edible and if you stayed in the main building you had to wait on line to get an elevator for a while. Three elevators for 14 floors was not sufficient. We also paid for a partial ocean view but didn't use the balcony at all because we were on such a high floor and the entire hotel was in front of us--on a technicality, yes it was ocean view but practically you are far from the ocean. The Dolphin cove was also not on site, you had to commit to the excursion and take a bus there. Some of the staff was very friendly but most seemed a bit annoyed at all times. We made the most of our time there but would not return.

One of the nicest places i have been in the past few years, service was excellent, food was great! and the hotel was beautiful, neat and clean, and very welcoming.. the one thing I will note is the entertainment, there were just a couple of shows- Bob Marley and the magic show that were awesome the rest not impressive and the disco was not open!, i was expecting to hear more Bob Marley music!!

While the overall experience was great, the distance from the airport is a big negative for us. Though it's just a 4 hour flight from where we live, a whole day goes in reaching the resort.

That was the most terrible trip I ever had. I suggest you people never go to Jamaica for vacation. The resort is two hours from airport !!!!! which is quite a hassle. There are very few spactacle even those are not intersting at all. The staff were pushy as for buying timeshare and did not care about our needs. The worst part was the airport. our return flight was repeatedly delayed and eventually canceled. We ( I , my wife and my two daughters, 13 and 8) stayed at airport for 36 hours and even slept there !!!!!!! No hotel was offered and No attempt as for accomodation for other airlines tried. Everybody was screaming and utmost angry. However the staff were so indiffrenet, cool and inattentive toward these issues. Eventually I had to but tickets from another airlines which of course cost me 4000. $ extra !!!!!!! this is what you get for persumably VIP service, now imagine and go figure it out if you are a regular traveler there

First of all, i maintain that Moon Palace is the number 1 all inclusive hotel in Jamaica. With that said, there are some issues and having seen other guests echo this online in other forums, i know it isnt uniquely identified by me. The beach (specifically the North beach by the Volley Ball area) needs to be paid attention to. There is so much garbage and plastic on top of and under the sand it takes away from the luxury that we expected. Clearly the sand wasnt cleaned in a while because the same garbage i saw on dy 1 was there on day 5. There was an empty "Cran Grape" bottle sitting on top of the sand for my entire stay and the hotel doesnt even offer this as a drink option. When snorkelling there is so much plastic, garbage and foreign material in the water a few feet from the shore. Lastly, there are too many rocks and stones that injure guests and take away from the experience. I would suhggest the hotel finda creative ways to manage this. For example, have a competition for children to see who can gather the most stones and pile them up and give them a prize from the gift shop. All in all, great customer service, great overall experience... Just fix the beach.

roger at the pool took excellent care of us and got loungers and umbrellas for us everyday. was friendly and very helpful. he made the trip perfect. tanisha and akeem were also the best part of the trip too. they are a great part of the entertainment team. I hope to see them all again next year

It's a great all inclusive resort and great for large groups and or family vacations. The only downside, staff is not very helpful and quality of service/food is just not as good as it should be.

Second time to Moon Palace Jamaica. Buffet excellent and improved. Since our last stay there are many vegetable options that make it easier to maintain healthy diet. Great variety, lots of Jamaican food at buffet as well as Indian Mexican and Italian dishes. Fresh made omelettes etc. Restaurants also great food and service Gym is great facility and exercise classes were a great way to stay in shape. Fitness trainer was awesome! Great beach and water sports Housekeeping keeps rooms spotless Excellent entertainment. Our favourite this time was the piano bar. Very interactive and fun night out! Michael Jackson show is best I have ever seen and the performer looks and moves exactly like Michael! Can’t wait to come again thank you!

Jamaica is beautiful! I stayed at this property twice. This second time was not as nice. The food isn’t that great and some of the workers were very slow. The entertainment was nice, but it starts a little late for younger/elderly. Excursions were worth it, but the staff continuously beg you to buy more. Overall I think it was very good, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
