Séjour vraiment au top contrairement aux commentaires que j'ai pu lire et qui m'ont fait peur 🙄☺️ Clientèle à l'écoute et plein de conseils je recommande vivement cet hôtel .

Stayed here for a hen weekend. Hotel is awful. Staff very rude ! Not helpful in the slightest , stayed for 3 nights and each night we were on phone to our jet2 rep complaining. First of all the ant festiation was vile. And before anyone says that's what happens on bottom floor , I want to say iv stayed on bottom floor in many destinations before and never had anything so extreme. Pulled the bed out in main area and a cockroach fell out. Bottle found at side of bed also. (Not cleaned) When we complained about amount of ants on our first night, the woman said " we don't have enough staff to help you right now and I'm too tired to help" We have video evidence of her yelling in a friend's face once she found out we complained of this.. For over £600 for 3nighs self catering , biggest waste of money spent. Very very disappointing as was there to celebrate. No cleaners to our door atall, 3 people in a room, 2 towels given and once we asked for a third we were asked " did you check properly" of course we did!!! They just didn't want to get up and help. I would return or recommend!!

Lovely and clean hotel, staff are friendly. Pool lovely and clean. The hotel is situated up a steep hill, we nicknamed it cardic hill as we all felt like.we needed oxygen once at the top. Steps to the beach are fine on way down, but.up hill they are a killer my calf muscles are testament to this. Spar shop, lots of food shops around. Very Close to main *****. We stayed as a group of ladies always felt safe, never had any issues really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

This is the worst hotel i’ve ever visited. Rude staff, calling or even asking a question leads to rude comments and even being called harsh words. terrible MOLDY food and don’t even get me started on the loud music that’s been playing 24/7. I’m never going back and do not recommend for either family’s or young adults.. super disappointed.

On first appearance the hotel looks fresh and modern and whilst it on a hill the location is great for the ***** and beaches. The bad points, the cleaning is almost non existent, the bed making skills need to be improved, the pool closes at 6 and the pool bar closed at 6.30, which in my opinion in too early as there no other bar to get drinks.

Stayed here this week, clean and modern hotel, up a big steep hill, no air con in the room or kettle, no table on balcony and only one thin pillow per person, had a do not disturb sign on door and cleaner still came in so make sure to lock your belongings away. Nice pool area plenty of sun beds but pool is very shallow, overall nice hotel but wouldn’t return

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! EVER! There is a laundry truck, every morning at 7:20, that has the most annoying reverse alarm, that lasts FOREVER. Imagine being on hokiday, having a few drinks, and the next morning, every morning, an alarm sounds, for 10 minutes, and you can't turn it off. And it is LOUD.

We travelled as a party of 14 for my daughters hen party (age range 18-59) Palmanova suites was a very pleasant surprise! It was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious. Palmanova suites is in an ideal spot, just at the top of a hill…. Easy on the way down, not great on the way back! The ***** is at the bottom of the hill so very central although we only went on the ***** once as we preferred the around the beachfront instead. A kettle in the room would be a nice touch however I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Would highly recommend
