푸에르타 델 솔 TRM(Puerta del Sol Trm Only Adults Aparts)

La ubicación es excelente porque es pleno centro, pero la zona es muy mala para aparcar si vas en coche, ya que el centro básicamente es peatonal, el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, (incluso había lavadora) , limpio incluso usan una makina de CO2, en general la experiencia fue buena, como negativo podría decir el horario de piscina de 12 a 19, luego no disponen de una recepción 24 h el problema de esto que si llegas antes del horario no te atienden porque no hay nadie hasta las 11 y por telefono la persona que me atendió fue un poco seca (no es que no haya recepción me incomode pero es un dato a añadir) luego el tema ruidos pues si que se nota, da la sensación que las paredes sean muy finas o no se, se oye bastante a los demas huespedes y eso que aun es temporada baja y supongo que no estaba lleno del todo, me tocó un apartamento del interior con lo cual el ruido de la calle no lo sufrí tanto y fue mejor opcion, ya que soy de sueño ligero, la cama era cómoda...es un apartahotel recomendable, el encargado fue atento el breve tiempo que interactue con el

Perfecto todo lo bueno es pillar ofertas para disfrutar del lugar. El chaval que recibe es muy majo y pendiente de lo que necesites .

I have stayed at these apar**ents a few times. I have always had good stays, apar**ents are clean and in a perfect location in torremilinos right next to the train station. There is a pool on the roof which has amazing views

The room was clean and in good condition with everything needed for a self catered stay. This property appears to be residential apar**ents where some of tbose apar**ents are used for short stays and some used for permanent residents. The comminal areas of the property are not very well maintained but the rooms thmselves are clean and well looked after. The property does suffer from noise but it is generally quiet at night. The reception is not 24 hours but you can still access the property and there is a number to call for any other issues. This property would not suit everyone, especially people with mobility issues. The property has steps, a very small and slow lift and is not easy to access. The plus side is that the property is right near the railway station and has access to bars, cafes and shops within a few metres. The property would suit someone looking to explore the area, experience the nightlife and needs a reasonably priced place to stay.

Very good location, every amenity is very close, the train station it's just a few steps away,I felt at home since the very first day at the hotel. All the appliances inside the room works perfect, toilet, water, kitchen, etc. Not complaining at all. Thank you very much.

It was excellent for the price we paid. Raymond was very helpful, it was spotless, even had iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and washing machine, only thing it didn't have was a kettle, however we managed with a saucepan to boil water for our tea.its ideal for a central location in torremolinos. Train station is 50 mtr away. Cost £1.50, from airport. Bus is very cheap £1 30, to Benalmadina.Highly recommend this accommodation.

For the price i wasnt sure what to expect but i was very much impressed by how clean the apar**ent was and the facilities,- it had a washing machine which was useful and the bin was changed every 2 days. The location was great, the station was next to it so getting to and from the airport was very quick, cheap, and easy :) and there were lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets on its doorstep. It certainly wasnt luxurious but you get what you pay for and if you dont want to spend huge amounts of time in the hotel its perfect.

Stayed here for 9 nights end of September beginning of October…I’ve given a 5 due to the location of the Apar**ents… Having stayed in Torremolinos numerous times and know the earlier well ,the location was great for the train station etc.. Our was very basic but VERY clean,linen changed during our stay and the maids were in every other day to change towels ,empty the bin etc .. The pool is fabulous,a charge of €10 euros a day may seem expensive but you are provided with towels ,sun lounger ,there’s a shower room up there and toilets ,you can also take up your own drinks (no glass) and nibbles. If you pay in advance for the pool you get it at half price . Staff are lovely and so helpful , even the ones who speak little English

Where do I start?? (1) First of all they stated "Facilities for disabled guests" that is a lie as there are no facilities for disabled guests, it also states "Wheelchair accessible" it is impossible to get a wheelchair in the bathroom. There isn't any grab bar by the toilet and to get a shower you have to have help as the shower is in the bath!! (2) They state they are Adults Only Apar**ents....this is also untrue as there are people who live there permanently and have children and dogs. The apar**ent next door to us had 3 dogs that barked incessently. The apar**ent opposite ours that our friends were staying at had an unfriendly Dalmation that jumped up when you went out to sit on the balcony. There were also piles of dog poo that the owner was slow to clear up. (3) The apar**ent itself needed major updating. We had to ask for a Kettle and plugs for the sinks. We were given one plug a few days later but we'd already bought a bowl for the sink. There were no plugs for the bathroom sink or bath. The shower was dismal as you had to keep tap on while having a shower otherwise shower would spray all round the room. One of the drawers in the bedroom cabinet had a gaping hole. This was pointed out to manager.... The sofa bed had a broken leg so you could not sit on it let alone sleep on it. (4) The view from the balcony was,dismal and dirty and in the shade all day. The rooftop swimming pool was 10 euros each a day to use. Although it was in the sun it wasn't worth 10 euros to use. (5) *********** give this 3 stars. I would only give it 1 and that's because of it's location. You are in the thick of it, so to speak, and if you go out most of the day and night then maybe this apar**ent block would suit you. But I certainly would not recommend it for couples or for people with disabilities.
