알루아순 라고 로호 - 어른 레코멘디드(Aluasun Lago Rojo - Adults Recommended)

Just returned from a week here and have to say the location is great ,unlike the food I think it is mainly catered for the Germans/Dutch the rooms are ok and just ok , very noisy due to single glazed and was woken every morning at 6am ,we wouldn’t return but I do understand some people might like it . We experienced some refurbishment work to the windows that was never communicated and feel the hotel were just winging it ,this was constant for several days I feel this is a 3 star at best .

Great hotel and location with good food and a great roof top terrace and bar. Great Central area. We will book again.

This was our third visit to hotel, over Easter. The hotel location is excellent (all flat, no hills or steps to get into hotel) The beds are amazing, always have the best nights sleep here. Rooms are functional, have everything in them that you need, not that you'd spend much time in your room. Their are some English channels available. Kettle in room. Plenty of options available for breakfast, I'm sure people can find something they like. Although we had half board, we only ate in the evening once, it was a lovely Chinese themed night, food was lovely. We do tend to eat out whilst here as the Chiringuitos offer such amazing food. There is a super market just opposite the back gated entrance. Staff were lovely, very friendly. The roof top terrace is amazing, lovely views, pool and hot tub available. Good drink selection and a little sun trap. I always take our own mugs and tea bags when we holiday as the tea is awful and cups are very small. It is a very international hotel, with all nationalities visiting. Their is normally entertainment on in the evening, however we are normally out. Hotel is being refurbished bit by bit. Yes their are better hotels in area at a higher cost, you get what you pay for. We would highly recommend this place - never had any issues.

This is our 3rd visit. The position of this hotel is superb! I have found all the staff to be super friendly! There has been some upgrade happening in the bar downstairs this year but the hotel has accommodated it guests perfectly by allowing the entertainment on the roof terrace. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, our room was perfect with a lovely view that I woke up to every morning. Just about to book a return in June. No faults here! Absolutely love it.

Just back from staying at Aluasun today. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights. Our rooms where spotless and it was great to have a kettle and a fridge in room. Most off the reception staff were nice. The staff in dining hall and bar were not very nice. If you don't like working with the public don't get a job in hospitality because you need to smile and have manners. Hotel in great location The roof terrace lovely but it would b hard to get a lounger in busy season

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel. The room was excellent, beds good. The only thing was that breakfast was almost every day the same. Diner we haven't got in the hotel because we did a lot of trips in the area. The hotel is close to the beach and promenade .....i love that

Excellent location and facilities. It might as well be on the beach it is so close and with excellent shops and restaurants between. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again and recommend.

Had a lovely two weeks and was sad to go home. We stayed half board and breakfast was excellent, best fried eggs and omelette I have ever had in a hotel. Found the evening meal to be a bit hit and miss for me but I didn't starve. Receptionists were all nice especially Belen, she was really helpful and nothing wad too much trouble for her. Location is excellent and rooms comfortable. I would happily stop again.

Good location for all amenities however foul smelling sewage is intolerable in rooms and around hotel. Junior suite quite noisy from busy road. No English speaking tv channels. Food is good, lack of staff in bar. Reception staff very helpful.
