토레 구아체토 오아시스 호텔(Torre Guaceto Greenblu Resort)

The worst hotel I have stepped foot into. TUI were a disgrace and still to this day have not refunded or compensated for our trip. Continuously passed the issue from pillar to post and basically mis-sold and represented this hotel both verbally and in their literature. The Hotel Managers were understanding and most helpful but IF booking through TUI (and I suggest from experience you DO NOT!) then the hotel is nothing like the brochure. Basically very basic (no facilities) rustic and VERY casual and more like a camping establishment. We had damp, mold, air conditioning did not work, unkempt gardens, restaurant closed very early and no room service available......I could go on! Place in need of refurbishment etc. Moved internally to a another hotel in the chain (no help from TUI and had to pay the uplift even though online and recorded calls the representative said NO COST) Torre Cintola was also 4* but 5* in comparison in terms of ALL aspects.

I do not recommend. We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building. The room was musty smelling. We could not turn the air conditioner below 26 degrees Celsius. There was no WI-FI in our room and we had to go back to the main building to access the Internet. There were no toiletries other than soap. Bedding was worn out. The room felt unsafe because we had to open the window since the room was so warm and our room was on the ground level. The pool looked nice but didn’t open as scheduled. Food was ok but didn’t look like the pictures.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. I'd recommend everyone to bring their teams (or of course families and friends) here, have a relaxing time at the pool and private beach, and great fun thanks to the entertainment team and themed nights. There’s a slightly old-fashioned feeling to this hotel, though this is mainly a good thing. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful; the food is excellent and the swimming pool superb. A decent tennis court too. Rooms are clean and pleasant, but could do with a little updating: air- conditioning was a bit of a mystery and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. New bed covers would easily improve the look of the rooms, though the beds themselves were good. The area itself is pretty empty and the nearest town with a supermarket seems to be about seven or eight miles away, so you really need a car, and parking at the resort is free and plentiful. Also an easy drive from the airport. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

2 stars is my rating and this hotel is also worth nothing more. We are passing through and this seemed like a suitable place to spend the night (luckily it was only for one night). Dramatic beds, no WiFi in the room. Swimming cap in the pool and the so-called super breakfast was a huge disappoin**ent. Perhaps a good hotel for people who are used to less luxury, but for 4 stars you expect considerably more. Moreover Staff was not kind and service was poor

Posto incantevole. Perfetto anche per gite scolastiche, come la nostra.Personale gentilissimo e qualificato. Servizi ottimi ed alloggi confortevoli e spaziosi., con verande private, dove rilassarsi.Tanto verde ed ampi spazi per piacevoli passeggiate. Esperienza unica, da ripetere

Resort molto ben strutturato, seppur stagione balneare non ancora partita, la struttura si presenta molto ben curata, pulita e organizzata. Piscina molto bella e di grandi dimensioni Un inconveniente tecnico in camera prontamente risolto dallo staff Un plauso particolare alla metre di sala (Carmela????) per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrata

Accolti con attenzione e cortesia dalla direttrice Rosanna. Finalmente Un ambiente attento sia alla sostenibilità e alle proposte culinarie del posto. Lo consigliamo

Con il gruppo LGS, 12 amici che ogni anno partono per una settimana di cammino, arriviamo all'hotel Greenblu, green per l'attenzione all'ambiente in tutti gli aspetti dall'eliminazione totale della plastica, all'acqua purificata, blu dal colore dello splendido mare. Un grazie particolare alla direttrice Rosanna perfetta padrona di casa. Consigliatissimo *****
