손더 앳 더 리버티(Sonder at the Liberty)

My recent stay at this hotel was an exercise in frustration. Finding the entrance was akin to navigating a labyrinth, an utterly perplexing experience. The check-in process, reliant on an app, was particularly challenging for someone visiting from another country without easy app access or data. The parking situation only added to the chaos. You’re only informed about parking access post-check-in, followed by an inexplicable hour-long wait to actually use it. This felt unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. The room itself was a cramped disappoin**ent. The beds were so uncomfortable, I felt I would have been better off sleeping on the ground. It was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel stay I have ever endured. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your accommodation needs. Disappointed this is even offered on *******.

Very impressed with the unit! Did not lack in space for the three of us. Very quiet compared to staying in a hotel.

Loved my stay and will absolutely look for Sonder locations wherever I travel to from now on.

The 20 minute walk we had to take to reach our unit multiple times a day was pretty ridiculous, but the apar**ent itself was very cute :) perfect area. Sonder failed to respond to all my late check out requests and had a cleaning lady banging on the door at 11 am exactly.

The stay was wonderful. A few comments: - fire alarm went off in middle of night - a bit noisy - building has seen better days (scuffs on the walls, a broken door etc) but overall very good

Only one elevator working in Tower B was very inconvenient it has been down for some time according to other guests. The main Building B second elevator was malfunctioning today when I was leaving. Lots of noise from trains and airplanes flying into Toronto island AP

Nice place. But of a jaunt to find the suite. But staff was helpful. Suite had everything a person could need for an extended business trip 10/10 would stay here again.

My flight was delayed so I arrived late around 2am. There was no signs out in front of the building. I wasn’t given good instructions on where to park and there weren’t any signs that tells you “SONDER parking “. And when I finally got some instructions and got into the parking garage there weren’t any signs to direct me to SONDER’S lobby. I saw in the parking garage where to go for McDonald’s and several other businesses but not Sunders. So it was very frustrating. I would definitely not recommend the Toronto location.

It didn’t match the photo. There was no TV in the bedroom? The bathroom was down the hallway? I have claustrophobia and I couldn’t sleep in the “box” bedroom because there was no TV Or windows. I slept on the couch. ******* tried to move me but Sonder. The rental company, would not release me from the reservation. This stay was not what was shown on *******. No more apar**ents for me.
