Brackets only downside was the very cold water. - premium food and drinks brands - amazing, buffet, quality and selection - 5 à la cart restaurants with breakfast, and lunch, included in all-inclusive package, dinner in these restaurants, at a small fee, (€10-€30 per person) - incredible dedicated patisserie, and speciality tea and coffee areas - fully stocked, minibar, and multiple bars next to each pool CUSTOMER SERVICE - simple communication with customer service representatives, Ezra and Beyza via WhatsApp, meant all requests were accommodated, painlessly and quickly - Burak by the heated swimming pool was incredibly fast (pro on rollerblades) and hospitable. - App to order food and drinks to the Sun. Loungers was another feature which made the experience seamless. - 24/7 our restaurant was perfect when children didn’t want to stick to timings DESIGN - Stunning minimal indoor outdoor design throughout the hotel. Polished concrete, bringing the outside in. - Even entry level rooms around the Olive Garden with their olive trees in the terraces were spectacular – the designs are all on one level, making them very child friendly - Absolutely spectacular, looking gym - incredible design that unify the other car with small featured that made them more distinctive such as lampshades and different tabletop colours Things to improve: - more heated swimming pools (only the exec one is heated at certain times of the year (!) making it super busy) think twice about coming in a period where the water was not heated – the nonheated pools are absolute ice. - More focus on sustainability Eg. Get rid of small plastic L’Occitaine bottles and replace with large, porcelain, refillable us and they do at Soho house Eg. Change the policy of having to put a card on the bed. If you do not want it changed, to putting a card on the bed. Only when you do want it changed, thus making not changing the sheets each day the default. Eg. Refillable water bottles for each guest or make all bottles glass. - maintain quality until the end of the season – we stayed in the final week, and the quality of Customer Service definitely deteriorated during this time. It was exceptional to begin with, but in the final couple of days, we were waiting a long time for drinks at dinner, despite it being quieter, no napkins, etc. - incredibly expensive on site shop, €15 for nappies that cost £2 in UK. Would advise going offsite or bringing your own. We will return to a hotel for the first time ever. Absolutely love this place!
