Rixos Premium Bodrum

I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects: 1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day. 2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. 3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes. 4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. 5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM. In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.

Zero hospitality! Their guest relations is horrible. I got sick during the trip and had to go to hospital. Nobody even asked what happened to me and if they can do anything for me. On our last day, we have requested more time at the room as I had Covid and was sleeping all day. They have extended for 2 hours and rest of the time we were with the rest of the guests freely moving in the hotel. To sum, it is super unfortunate that this natural beauty is in the handa of such uncapable guest relations.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful territory full of greens. Food was super delicious: grate choice of cheese, olives, meat, fruits and sweets in main restaurant. Quality of food no less than good restaurants in Istanbul and that’s impressive. As big tea lover i was happy every day visit Godiva cafe, they have big tea selection and of course chocolate. With husband we also enjoyed spa with a good equipped gym and steam, sauna, hammam. Special thanks for our assistant team Selen and Nazifa, they are very attentive, everyday provide information and all the time ready to help with anything we need. ❤️ Atmosphere in the hotel so peaceful and relaxed. We definitely like Rixos and planning to visit it again.

It was a really nice hotel, it’s like palace. Rooms are so clean. Foods were amazing. Workers are really kind and thoughtful.

Super experience in the hotel. The food is very delicious and the service is amazing. I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. The staff is very smiling and helpful. Especially would like to mention Guest Relations department all of them are very helpful. For sure I will recommend this hotel

We were welcomed by Cagdas who is the manager and personally checked us in on arrival. Cagdas also upgraded the room for us complimentary, the service from all staff was fantastic and was made to feel very welcome during our entire stay. Many thanks for making the visit so wonderful

This is the best resort I have stayed in in my life. The staff have been so kind helpful and amazing!! They have made my stay so much better especially Ali at the pool, Cagdas the manager and all other staff at the pool, resteraunts and every other department they always have a smile on their face and so happy to help. The service is the best service I have received from any hotel. The food was unbelievably good. There were so many different gluten free options including desserts and there were cards on each dish with allergens which made it so easy for me to eat without worrying about my intolerance. I would 10000% come back here again and reccomend this hotel to anyone. We also received a free room upgrade with the most beautiful room and breathtaking view which made our stay even better. Thank you for the staff for making this a memorable and enjoyable stay.

First time here and our experience has been wonderful. We checked in 3 days ago and we were immediately upgraded to an executive room. The manager Cagdas Baykal was very welcoming to us. The room was clean and luxuriously presented. I think this theme is consistent across the hotel. All Staff is lovely and friendly. Drinks server Huseiyni was quite attentive in taking our drinks order whether we were at the beach or pool. The hotel has a lovely relaxing luxurious ambiance and just what we needed to escape from our hectic life back in UK. There is WiFi service everywhere, even at the beach. I tried the Turkish hamman massage and it was great. Felt relaxing and again staff was friendly and warm. The spa and sauna is free to use and available to all guests over 16. We did numerous walks and it is peaceful to walk around the resort. We also tried The Godiva cafe and had exceptional service from Ceren who recommended delicious desserts for us to try and which we loved. We leave in 2 days but already thinking about coming back as our experience has been perfect and just what we needed.

We have had the most incredible stay at Rixos- it exceeded our expectations. The staff are so attentive and answer all our requests. The food is delicious and the room is so beautiful. Jahan and Pelin have been so lovely and given us lots of recommendations for activities for our stay. Alpha and Selen were very helpful with accommodating us to a room which was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Also a huge mention to our diving instructor Ahmit who has been a star and taught us this amazing skill!
