Hotel Complejo París

A convenient stop outside of Madrid. We were flying the next morning and it took us 45 minutes to get to the airport. Good value for money. The free breakfast was a helpful extra. Parking and check in were easy.

It is a very pretty place, receptionists at the front desk are very kind and breakfast is very good. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the Hotel is far from Madrid if you go by public transportation but there is a bus stop across the hotel that takes you to a train station for about 4 euros.

The property and the room was very nice and neat. The problem was the air conditioner in our room. It was quite poor. It could never cool the room. It a was very hot and miserable night with very little sleep. The breakfast buffet was rather skimpy and did not offer much. It was disappointing. Overall I cannot recommend this property due to these two issues.

On a business trip my colleague suggested that I stay at the Complejo Paris. The room is quiet and clean but the bathroom layout is tight. When on the toilette your knees are under the sink. It works but weird. TV was working fine but very limited English stations. The restaurant has a very limited menu that is different each night.. They have set menu for dinner and resist orders of sandwiches or other things not on the set menu. The food was OK but no Michelin Stars here.

You must insist on a naturally ventilated room. The one I had was roasting hot and the A/C did not work and this was October 31 Otherwise a very good location in a quiet town. Take anything that you might need because there was absolutely nothing available until breakfast.

Amazing place.

Absolument rien à rien de négatif sur cet hôtel, idéalement placé entre Madrid et Tolède (35/35). Nous y avons passé 6 nuits et tout s'est formidablement bien passé. Joli cadre, chambres spacieuses et propres, accueil souriant, le petit déjeuner compris, sans être extravagant, contentera la plupart des clients, et surtout le rapport qualité prix très intéressant à 63€/nuit en pleine période de fêtes de fin d'années. Le portail du parking est fermé a partir d'une certaine heure, probablement 22h, mais pas d'inquiétude, on vous ouvrira si vous rentrez plus tard ( ça a été notre cas.)
