Perfect location, wonderful rooms , the shower was the best of our 2 week trip, and the breakfast was great with a view of the outside patio. The hosts were accommodating and very kind, and street parking right in front was a bonus. I highly recommend this perfect place to anyone visiting the wonderful sites of Tivoli!

Excellent small hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of Tivoli. Lovely clean fresh rooms. Comfortable beds excellent breakfast. We stayed for a week and would highly recommend for a stay in this great town.

Very clean and updated suite close to everything in Tivoli. The front desk was very helpful during check in.

The room was not at all like the picture that I chose upon reservation with ********** I had to pay extra to have a decent room I never saw the terrace on the rooftop And the cherry on the ice-cream was when I had to pay the price in euros when you sent me the amount in Canadian. 275 euros instead of 255 Canadian!!! Getting intouch with ********** was a nightmare . Very hard to reach someone and when I did reach someone, she didn’t even speak clearly and she hung up on me! Second time, they told me I wasn’t in the good department and hung up again and the third time, the lady said that she couldn’t access my file and thank I had to call another number. I asked to be transferred and I was cut off again. So after an hour in front of the hotel reception, I had no choice to pay the full amount in euros . Absolutely disappointed. I hope you can do something or if will be my last time reserving. I will need another 10 nights in Italy I hope you can find a solution to help me have a better experience.

We were welcomed by Vincenzo and shown our room that was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was available to get us started for a day of touring Tivoli. Il Giardino is the perfect place for a quick stop when on vacation. The staff were very pleasant.

There are too numerous of issues to mention, but two are absolutely worth mentioning - unprofessionalism and lack of transportation. Accordingly to management, there are only two taxis in all of Tivoli; and need to be reserved one day in advance. You will be forced into trekking into unknown areas of the town to reach the station; that is, if you can’t obtain a ride. Be sure to insist the staff reserves the ride to leave, because it seems to be somewhat magical they will get you to the hotel, but won’t show the same level of hospitality when you want to leave; and if you complain, you may get a recommendation to go to the Hilton next time you visit, told to be silent, then hung up on during the phone conversation.

Great modern room and terrace in a beautiful old building. Very spacious and spotless room and bathroom, plenty of closet space and shelving (even in the bathroom!) to unpack. Perfect firm mattress and pillows, serious blackout curtains, and very well sound-proofed. A very short walk to the historic city center and Villa d'Este, a 10 minute drive to Villa Adriana. Delightful breakfast of fruits, fresh pastry, yogurt, insanely tasty fruit juice, and optional eggs. Friendly, easy-going host.
