Elevator was broken and being repaired, but front desk called to let me know that as soon as I made my reservation. They reminded me as I checked in. Great friendly staff. Clean location just off the interstate with some restaurants nearby, including a decent steakhouse next door. I'd definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at 2 Extended Stay hotels and both were extremely clean. I received a courtesy call from Esther on the morning of our arrival. She wanted to let me know the elevator was out of order. I told her we are senior citizens and it we wouldn't be able to carry our luggage up steps. She immediately confirmed a ground floor room. I asked the lady at the front desk if Esther was working. I told Tiffany what she had done and said she would be in at 9:00. As we were loading up the car, Tiffany pointed out Esther to me. I wanted to personally thank her for what she had done. Both she and Tiffany were very pleasant.

A convenient spot to stay during a two day visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Upon checking in the overwhelmed clerk asked if we received a courtesy call from the manager. We had not. The manager was supposed to tell us the elevator was out and our room was on the 4th floor. We were shown a call log for the courtesy calls. Our name was checked off. There were no calls recorded on my phone. We are 72 years old. Fortunately we are fit. It was still inexcusable that we did not get a call and that we were not offered assistance getting our bags to the fourth floor. Oh, and if you like breakfast don’t count on enjoying the “free breakfast buffet”. It is a poor joke. And one last thing. I was a road warrior for over 40 years. When I dropped the key card on the front desk the clerk did not look up from whatever they were doing. Nor did they offer any greeting whatsoever. I have never had that happen before. Caveat emptor!

It was fine. VERY understaffed. Many things in the hotel not working. Including elevator and coke machine. Assigned us to 3rd floor even though elevator broken. Don't think the place was anywhere near full.

Great friendly staff. They did reach out to us to inform that the elevator is not working. The front desk was able to provide a ground floor room.

Wasn't as good as I expected. It was clean but we found out in the morning that the elevator didn't work being on the third floor this is a problem.

The rooms were a good size with a large fridge and two burner stove and microwave. There are not a lot of amenities. You have to ask at the front desk for coffee maker, hair dryer, utensils etc. The breakfast is just a grab and go not many selections. But there is an IHop and Cracker Barrel, Starbucks and Denny's close by. But the room was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice recliner in it and lots of room be comfortable in. We would definitely stay there again.

Never been on a place that didn’t provide toiletries, we have to take the towels to the front desk to get clean ones, one of my pillow cases was dirty

The stay was fine. The location of the hotel is perfect too. The bed was not comfortable and the “breakfast” shouldn’t be considered a breakfast, it’s just snacks
