랏 부티크 호텔(Lot Boutique Hotel by Hotels and Preference)

The hotel is tucked away up an allyway from the main road which may cause difficulties for someone arriving by car .We had the hotel send a taxi to the airport for us so this was not a problem for us .The taxi was not there on arrival but a quick call to the hotel and the taxi eventually came. The cost of the hotel booked taxi isTwenty Euro . Although a substantial breakfast is served there is no restaurant on site for dinner, but there are several dining options close by. They will however serve drinks in the breakfast room if you ask them. The location is very central and close to all the major landmarks. The hotel is maybe a little dated but very clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. There seem to be plans for future renovations. The bedrooms were fine and the shower was excellant The staff were without exception attentive. friendy and very helpful. They all spoke perfect English. Not five star but neither was the cost of the room at 70 Euros per night.

My son and I spent a week at the hotel. We enjoyed the central location,friendly staff,and delicious breakfast. Our original room was overlooking the adjacent construction site. Fortunately there was an available room on the quiet side of the hotel,which worked out very well.

Comfortable hotel very well located, right in the middle of Tirana. Parking included which is amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Maybe not a 5 star but a very very good 4 star. Well worth the choice.

They canceled our 2 days stay 2 hours before check-in. It wasn't even a good reason, because they overbooked. Big fail! So we booked our room in february, and just like that we don't have a room 2 hours before we arrive. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and the location and rooms are fine. They do have a construction going on in front of the hotel. From 7 in the morning till midnight. Breakfast is good. Rooms spacious. So please keep in mind before booking that they can just cancel you!

Hard to find. Once we were there looked very nice. We booked three rooms . Once we got into the rooms we found out we were actually on a construction site and the work of digging a huge hole in the ground took place until midnight, and from 7 in the morning. Moreover, one room the air-conditioning didn't work and the other room smelled like suage with the rug being soaking wet. The reception people were complitly surprised and annoyed by our request to change rooms. Aplogizing was not part of the deal. We highly recommend to avoid this place! e

There are many positives from our side about the hotel. Firstly we liked the rustical vibe. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They recommended us a traditional restuarant in vicinity of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and luxury. Parking is free and supervised 24/7. You get a lot for that price. Breakfast is just amazing. There is a lot choice (cakes, biscuits, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit and vegetable, sparkling wine and many more). We definitely recommend that hotel If you are in Tirana city.

We had a reservation that had been more than a month in advance. When we arrived at the hotel and were told that they had no room available because they were doing construction. They had not made any attempt to contact us regarding this issue. Be careful when booking here.

First the good points. Nice hotel. Nice room. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Now the bad point. Yes. Point. Just one. But it’s a big one. The hotel is undergoing construction and that construction is due to continue until September. However, in almost all instances construction work overruns and so the end of 2023 is most likely. We stayed for several days and we were awoken by construction work every morning between 6:00am and 7:00am. As you can imagine, earplugs were never going to win against a Caterpillar earth excavator, welding work and iron cutting. The angle grinding was possibly even louder than the excavator. Works took place during the week and Saturday and Sunday was no exception. And as such a peaceful lie in was not possible. I live in a country where the commencement of construction work cannot legally start before a certain time in the morning, but either this is not the case in Albania, or it is a rather loosely adhered to law. This is an easily resolved problem and so, come on Lot Boutique Hotel, sort this out. Speak to your builders and have them start work at a reasonable hour such as 8:00am. The majority of your guests are going to be asleep between 6:00am and 7:00am and so this is not an unreasonable request. Surely this is affecting your business. Your builders should respect your wishes as an employer in the same way that you should respect your guests wishes on such a basic expectation. I am going to scrutinise reviews between now and the end of the year to see if you have taken my constructive criticism seriously.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel whilst visiting Tirana with our four month old daughter. The hotel helped arranged both a pick up and drop off (at our pursuant destination) and ensured everything was perfectly coordinated. The room was spacious, well kept but best of all was the service of the staff - they were extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel is centrally located making getting around very convenient.
