The morning receptionist was so lovely and helpful we were able to ask her anything she recommended some places and helped us when we asked about routes to places and offered help calling around to find the best options. This has been one of the best hotels I have ever used. The staff are wonderful kind helpful and very respectful. The place was s so clean it is spotless. The rooms are comfortable warm and a great shower in the bathroom. Good big rooms and a very spacious balcony outside. The food for breakfast was just beautiful especially the fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. We ate mainly in the hotel as the food was delicious very reasonable prices and wonderful service. The coffee is perfect too. The two young ladies on the front desk were fantastic. The girls went way over and beyond for us. I found great markets and got some lovely pashminas on the recommendation of the girls, I want to say a big thank you to them. They arranged a driver who we used for our 3 days there he took us as far as the Greek border and also as far as the border of Monte*****. He was very polite full of knowledge and we seen everything and more than planned. I strongly recommend using this gentleman as your driver as he is very good. The hotel uses this gentleman services for hotel pickup. The hotel is very central walking distance of everything in Tirana. For Tirana we used Guru walking tours and we seen so so much of the lovely Tirana. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and on returning to Tirana I will be staying here. Outstanding hotel. Such a good size bedroom and bathroom, complete with everything you need to have a good stay. We had the third floor with terrace. So lovely to sit outside and just relax. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious. All reasonable priced. The receptionist very helpful, overall very pleased with this hotel, and would definitely stay here again

Lovely, spotless rooms with roomy beds and convenient access to the city's top attractions. The staff is always very accommodating and will do everything to meet your needs. Since I am a vegan, the morning breakfast was limited to a fruit buffet for me. The vegan banana walnut cake and corn donuts they made especially for us the next day were both amazing. I would undoubtedly recommend everyone I know to stay here.

Excellent hotel in a great area. Very clean spacious room. The breakfast is wonderful served at your table. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel located close to a lot of attractions and tourist sites.

What a fantastic hotel . This my 2nd visit and just so good. The front staff are amazing and are so helpful, always with a smile and will give you any information you wish and fantastic advice. The rooms are beautiful and clean everything you need you just ask and it’s there. The morning breakfast was a delight everything fresh, even if it wasn’t on the menu, they will get it for you as many cappuccinos as you like. Yes, the language barrier is difficult but they tried very hard and all the staff are a credit to this hotel. I was having dental trea**ent next door and it was just a delight staying here. I will be back in July for further trea**ent and this is the only hotel I will be staying at . The evening meal is very good and there are plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets you fancy a change. Well done to you all and thank you.

Excellent! Very clean and brand new! Staff very educated, polite and helpful. All speak English. Very client oriented and contemporary. I recommend wholeheartedly. Family owned business, excelent hospitality and very very chic. No bad taste at all. Love to return here!

Costumer services is extremely bad, the Manager there had an unacceptable behaviour to the client. I will not recommend at all to any one. This review is for the bar not for the Hotel part. It is first time that I witness this kind of behaviour in Albania.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale e collegata con i mezzi. Abbiamo bloccato un'offerta vantaggiosa, compresa di colazione che era alla carta: quattro menù tra cui scegliere, non particolarmente accurati per una struttura 4stelle. Qualsiasi richiesta in più, per esempio in secondo caffè, era a pagamento (in contanti, perché il bar non prendeva la carta di credito). La reception ci ha chiesto di fare il check in subito all'arrivo, totale 180 euro per tre notti, regalandoci un upgrade di camera con terrazzo e vista (precisamente su una strada dove scorrevano le macchine e palazzi di fronte), proponendoci uno sconto di 20 euro sul prezzo se invece di pagare con carta avessimo pagato in contanti. Per sicurezza, abbiamo pagato con carta e tra l'altro non abbiamo avuto nessuna ricevuta. Arrivate in camera abbiamo aperto il letto e c'era qualche pelo e delle macchie, idem sugli asciugamani, di cui uni lo abbiamo fatto cambiare mentre gli altri li abbiamo portato noi stesse in ascensore all'occorrenza. Dicono che senza accorgercene abbiamo premuto il tasto "non disturbare" per cui il secondo giorno dalla nostra permanenza non abbiamo trovato la camera pulita e messa in ordine ... sinceramente non ci è sembrato affatto di avere questa svista ... avremmo sentito il suono del pulsante o visto la lucina rossa anche noi... ma niente. Fatto sta, niente pulizie. Al bar ci siamo dovute un pò adattare alla poca disponibilità del personale e alla loro lentezza e mancanza di ospitalità; personalmente la colazione é uno dei momenti più importanti e belli dei soggiorni nei luoghi che vado a visitare e invece qui mi sono un pò infastidita e questo non mi è piaciuto affatto. Fino alle 23.30 circa in cui il traffico é intenso, dalla stanza si sente rumore ed é difficile prendere sonno; io ho dovuto usare dei tappi per le orecchie. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto di custodire i nostri zaini che avremmo ripreso in serata, rientrate abbiamo fatto l'accesso in reception, dove non c'era nessuno e per fortuna i nostri zaini erano ancora lì, ma avrebbe potuto prenderli chiunque! Insomma... di questo viaggio ricorderemo tanto della città, delle persone che abbiamo incontrato, del cibo buonissimo, di un capitolo di storia, o forse due o tre di cui non eravamo a conoscenza e che ci ha fatto entrare un pò di più nel carattere del posto e dei suoi abitanti, di cui molti sono nostri amici qui in Italia... ma non resterà nel nostro cuore l'esperienza in albergo. Non lo consigliamo!
