Not great for the price I paid, but there was a bed and a bathroom so it met the need for a one night stay.

We will not be staying at this motel again. We chose the accommodations because it was dog friendly, but after paying online we were charged another $35 per night for the dog. Upon check in. When we booked through ******* and paid it was what we thought was the final cost. First night the TV didn’t.work properly and staff had to come in to reprogram. Then around 11pm the smoke detector started chirping. Had to get dressed go down to the offices for help. Again staff had to come into our room to replace batteries in the detector. Last night around 10pm it sounded as if they were remodeling the rooms above us. The banging, shuffling, foot steps and voices continued for hours. We DO NOT recommend this establishment if it is up front cost and a restful stay are your intentions..

So sad to see the disrepair of a once lovely motel while the owners live in a million dollar castle. I'm old enough to remember when it was the Winnisquam House.

Room was old and dirty actually the entire building is old smelled and rooms are small bed was not comfortable I didn't feel safe at all. People were outside my room window all night being loud any throwing things at the building . I wouldn't recommend staying there and I'll not stay again the staff at the front desk was rude as well not a pleasant place to stay for $100 plus a night

All the rooms smelled like cigarettes, we asked twice to switch rooms . The bathrooms werent very clean and they had ants.

Was a horrible place. HUGE ice chunks and abandon cars . Didint even stay it was sooo BAD 👎 The front desk was rude and nasty

When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly but the shower did not work. Only the bath but the bath tub was stained so awfully that i did not dare to sit in it. The bed sheets looked dirty like someone had been sleeping in the bed & it was unchanged. I ended up sleeping in my car due to how bad this place was. In the morning i went inside because it was listed as having a continental breakfast. That was a lie. Just instant coffee and hot water. I requested my money back and they refused to refund me my stay even though i had to sleep in my car. My recommendation it to stay far away from this place.

Room reeked of cigarettes, ceiling fan broken, felt gross

The property was very rundown, chipped up paint, dented doors And furniture. Staff unfriendly, breakfast was a joke. The small refrigerator had two yogurts, two Individual cream cheese packets, no butter, and an empty milk container. Would never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone
