우토피아 부티크 호텔(Utopia Boutique Hotel)

Stopped for only a short stay, but was impressed by the hospitality and the emphasis on design details, the latter of which is hard to find on the smaller Dodecanese islands. The decor and furnishings were top notch, elegant and chic. Very comfortable mattress and quality pillows (also rare in Greece), new Samsung TV, great toiletries, excellent location in town and steps from the port, restaurants, cafes and beach. Very relaxing, easy stay. Accommodating management that goes the extra mile to make the stay special, they care about making it a memorable one.

We had breakfast everyday at Utopia meanwhile in Tilos. One of the best breakfast we have ever had in Greece. The eggs Benedict’s and the pancakes were amazing! Big thanks to Mrs Popi for being always so sweet and kind during breakfast!

An excellent hotel to stay and enjoy the fabulous island of Tilos. Recommend to families as well as couples ! We spent the Easter holidays and enjoyed the friendly people, the traditions but mostly the comfortable and relaxing Utopia hotel !

In truth, I am always hesitant to visit a new opening. However, after seeing the pictures and making a few calls to the property, we decided to visit. The Hotel is brand new, and while a refurbishment of an old building, one would never tell. Beautiful arhitecture, blending in with the surroundings, yet providing all modern facilities. We stayed in the Penthouse suite, amazing, stunning. The jacuzzi and the outside showers are just magical. What really stands out in this Hotel, other than the plush beds and gorgeous surroundings, is the service. As a frequent visitor to the Greek islands, we have never experienced such attention. First, the staff speak remarkably well English, I was told the owner is an American, and they really do get it. We used their yacht transfer service, which is not priced for everyone, but boy is it worth it. Champagne on board, complimentary head and shoulder rub. It was still a bit chilly for us to swim, but we went on a tour of the island and really enjoyed all the caves, bird watching and local scenery. All in all, excellent! We look forward to returning in September.

We had a wonderful stay at the Utopia Hotel. It’s brand new and located at a perfect and central location in Livadia town. It’s just a very short walk to the beach. The staff is super friendly and willing to help with everything you might need. Facilities are great and the rooms are very nice. Also, the breakfast they serve is amazing. In summary, a perfect place to experience some relaxing days on this beautiful island.

After our ferry tickets due to weather conditions both ways were cancelled, we have informed the hotel by sensing an email. We have even attached the email received from the feery provider. Called and sen email for days. No anwer. Today, after 8 have have passed to our big suprise. Have charged as two days cancellation fees. I recommend never doing business with Outopia.

We spent two days at Utopia whilst sailing through the Dodecanese last week. Utopia was fantastic. awesome room, great view from the room and excellent amenities and comfort. This brand new hotel on the beautiful, picturesque island of Tilos is a true gem. Most of all exceptional service from the staff. Thank you Dimitris and staff for taking such good care of us.

Truly an amazing experience. We were picked up at the port and taken to A wonderful reception area where we were greeted with welcome drinks and a face towel. Incredible service amazing rooms and luxury overall. We were very pleasantly surprised edit and excited to find such a luxurious accommodation on this peaceful island. Truly a gym and worth of revisiting.

Amazing stay at utopia. Really great service, the rooms are so nice and clean. Great recommendations from the employees. The breakfast was fantastic. I had a massage during the stay as well, which was so good and relaxing. Would highly recommend a stay here!!
