搞不動這些老外，看照片一直以為是個民宿，沒想到是高檔酒店，而且是當地比較新的四星酒店，美娜多待了三個酒店最滿意的一家，比喜來登強多了。 設施：酒店很新，設施也很新，床頭有usb接口，插座不需要轉換頭，差個吹風機。 環境：酒店周邊是老城區，打車到海邊兩三公里，酒店也可以看到海。 服務：服務很好，因為後一天趕早班飛機，提前和前台説帶了麪包。

My birthday plans yesterday were to have dinner at the Luwansa Hotel because there was an advertisement for BBQ Buffet 175k per pax. I booked for 4 people on March 8, for me, my husband and my parents. I was asked for a 50% down payment, and I paid 350k. I thought, might as well stay there, take my child swimming because as far as I know the pool is good. Then I booked 2 superior king rooms, connecting rooms for 1 night. Before checking in I called first, asked what time I could come in, they said around 2 o'clock. My husband, my daughter and her nurse arrived at 2pm. At 3 o'clock when we entered, my daughter even fell asleep in the hotel lobby. I confirmed several times what time I could come in because we were tired and wanted to rest, we were just asked to wait. because it's my birthday, I'll just be patient. After entering the room, immediately rest. The room is clean, not too big. Luckily I booked 2 rooms. In the afternoon we swim. Around 7 pm my husband and I went up to the rooftop for dinner. We booked a buffet for 4 people, but my parents didn't come so it was just me and my husband. When we arrived, we looked for the BBQ straight away, and it wasn't there. This is just a buffet. Not BBQ Buffet. Disappointed, but nevermind. I was hungry, wanted to eat and didn't want to spoil my birthday mood. I confirmed that only two people were coming, and to my surprise, I was asked to pay for 4 people, 700k in total. I said, but only 2 people came, they said that we had to keep paying because they had prepared food for 4 people. I thought, this is a buffet, not fine dining. Even fine dining, if you book and you don't show up, you will definitely be charged but not 100%. Shocked, angry, disappointed. I told the sales person in chat, I'll just pay for everything but I won't eat here. I immediately stood up, and we didn't eat at all. I went down to the lobby and looked for their manager to ask what the regulations were because I wasn't told beforehand, and I'm not happy about it. I met the restaurant manager, Mr Prima. I showed my chat with their BBQ Buffet salesperson, he said, sorry for the inconvenience, but the regulatory procedures are like that. he had to ask his superiors first what to do. His face was straight, didn't show any guilt, I cried and looked at him sharply, feeling less relieved and still asking for an explanation, he is a manager who should be able to provide a solution that will relieve the customer. since it's a buffet, I think they should have prepared food for whatever number of people will be having dinner at that time, instead of suggesting that I take away food that I won't eat. he saw that I was emotional and crying, he then confirmed it to his sales team, the sales person chat me and said, we can pay for just the two of us. hahaha. Very nice place to stay, front staff are friendly and provide clear information during our stay, the breakfast was deli, even room service too. My suggestion, please increase the speed of delivery your room service..Thankyou.

Thank God Its Friday! It’s Asian BBQ night at Luwansa Hotel at an affordable price and this is our second time to try this. The food is flavorsome and the desserts are mouthwatering. The restaurant is clean with an amazing view at night. And of course, the staff are friendly and accommodating. We are definitely keep on going back to visit this place and try different barbecue cuisines.

For a weekend staycation, this place is a perfect running from busy week. I had peace, the vibe was totally calming, the services was 10 out of 10, the room was just perfect for me, and the breakfast is doubtlessly great. Recommend this place for everyone who search for a place to hide and run.
