호텔 클럽 티하니(Hotel Club Tihany)

직원들이 매우 불친절했어요!! 객실 상태는 최악이었고 냄새도 매우 심했습니다🙁🙁🙁 저는 이곳에 다시는 돌아오지 않을 것입니다… 나머지는 Forza Flanders입니다. 그리고 만약 우리가 돌아오면 모든 시선을 잔디밭에 둘 것입니다. 바보

After reading the negative comments I was a bit scared to go there however we had no choice due to a family reunion and it was only one night. My experience was totally great in terms of the staff behavior, cleaning of the facilities, room conditions and the food. We booked a Deluxe room and both the furniture, the cleaning, the balcony were fine and the bathroom was well equipped. I loved the lavender items too. Food was good for us, huge buffet tables for dinner and breakfast as well. The restaurant was crowdy but this is summer vacation time. The lake view from our balcony was beautiful. The room price was high but this is the price level of Balaton in August. But the price of drinks and food were not higher than anywhere else of this category. I don’t know how the cheaper rooms are but Deluxe is good. The only negative experience is the check out time at 10.00 AM, the breakfast lasts only until 10.00 and all bars and restaurant close at 10.00 PM. This is not very guest-friendly in a resort hotel.

The food was terrible, the staff was really unfriendly and the bungalows were not clean. They also don’t try to speak English and asked money for broken things we did not break.

The service in the restaurant and at the reception was really bad, the staf really didn’t want to work! Also the food at the buffet was really dry and had no spices. The rooms and the houses are really old and in poor condition. Our showerhead just fell off when no one was near it. The spiders are all around your cabin when you arive. I suggest you to go somewhere else!

I didn’t feel welcome. Service at restaurant was mostly very unfriendly. Young staff were friendly towards us, we tried to smile and be polite. Did not work for the older staff. Location is good (great view) Chalets were not so modern and there was a musty smell. Beds are small for tall persons (184cm) If your on a low budget and don’t care about friendly staff. This is the place to be.

The service was terrible, we had ants in our bungalow, and without a smile or at least some friendly service, we were moved to a 4 person home, (we were with five). Furthermore was all the food not so good, it tasted like it came from a dollar store. Not to mention no one was helpful. I would not recommend this, especially if it is your first time you go the lake ballaton, it will definitely ruin the experience.

The houses were horribly maintained. The food was mediocre at the very best. The staff were super rude. We didn´t even get any new towels for a week long stay. Youre better of going anywhere but here

The hotel is located next to the Balaton Lake, the staff is friendly. BUT, the hotel is dirty, really really socialism. The bathroom is moldy and messy. The bed is very uncomfortable. We could not turn off the heating system so we needed to sleep with opened door, but it was warm in the room. The wellnes is ok, but there is no massage or beauty treatment. The food is ok, but nothing special , little bit boring. The forest view room is looking to the parking place.

We stayed for 8 days so having enough time to learn a lot about this Hotel I feel entitled to form a negative overall opinion. The location is excellent, the old great trees provide relief and calm atmosphere. But the Hotel itself! Prices: the smallest mineral water: 490 HUF! All the beverages are expensive, and in return we had to wait a lot to be served. The price of an ice cream bowl is roughly the twice of that of an excellent hotel by the seaside. Food: medium -low quality food with the worst possible buffet breakfast structure. You have to wait a lot. Always and a lot. I could see dozens of people waiting 15 minutes to get 150ml apple juice… I had to wait 20 minutes a multiple times because the meat dishes were empty and the staff did not refill them. There is not enough staff to change the cutlery and dishes, refill the food pans and serve the drinks. You feel in a refugee camp for that high price. Its normal that the cakes of the previous days were served on the following days… Staff: the hotel staff is friendly but untrained and unorganized. The ice cream fridge got empty on wednesday and was not refilled for roughly 2 days… Extras: I was using the toilet in my suite when the cleaning staff knocked on the toilet’s door and asked me to change the dustbin of the loo!!!! Yes, when i was using the toilet! I havent ever heared about such an insult in a hotel. In the last day, I wanted to drink a coke before leaving the hotel. It took exactly 19 minutes to get the coke, because there was only one person in charge for the whole hotel bar service. One person made all the coctails, coffees, made the bill and handled the cash. So, we call it Nevercomeback Hotel
