We found it a bit tricky to find but once we did find it we dropped a marker pin into our sat nav so we could find it again much easier. Lovely friendly and helpful staff with 2 adorable doggy meeter and greeters at reception. The bed was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel has generally needs a bit of TLC and updating in areas but for the price with breakfast included and free onsite parking what more can you expect?! The staff were exceptional and couldn't do more to make us feel welcome.

The staff were very lovely and the breakfast was very tasty. Our room was nice but definitely needs a touch up. I didn’t sleep well as I could feel the springs in the mattress and was woken a couple of times in the early hours by other guests in corridor. The bathroom was very basic, We didn’t bother trying the shower as it wouldn't stay in the holder. Overall nice budget accommodation but needs some tlc.

This was my the second stay at this place, I wasn't all that impressed last time around but I had no choice but to book again this time, the overall feel of the hotel is disjointed with fairly quite odd & quirky decor and in places quite run down too, I wasn't given any information regarding evening meals or where to go, its only that I remembered from my last visit, however many customers came and sat in the restaurant area expecting to be served, but nobody told them that they need to order food at the bar! the dining room and bar areas are not marked or have any directions so people are aimlessly walking around the place wondering where to go. On my check-in the staff member just asked me 'do I like dogs' ? which was a strange thing to ask as I could've clearly said no, they have 2 large dogs that wonder around the place, I was quite surprised and taken back when one of the dogs came up to me while eating my meal ( on the plastic garden table) and decided to sniff my food, that's quite unacceptable for a hotel in my opinion. My bathroom floor was very uneven and requires urgent repair and the shower needs replacing. Some of the staff were very friendly and these issues are not directed at them, this place is marketed as a wedding venue, but I do feel it needs a complete overhaul and redesign if they want to continue attracting people. Unfortunately I wont stay here again in the future.

The staff were great however the room was very tired and needs a complete revamping. The kettle in the room was unusable and there was no one on reception in the evening to speak to. The floor in the bathroom was rotten and only the lino covering stopped your foot going through the floor. This also created a very damp musty smell in the room. Sorry to be so down on the hotel because the staff were excellent.

It’s always a perfect experience. Instead of staying in a hotel in London, and fighting with humans on the tube….. I would recommend this place instead. I have had some horrendous experiences in London hotels. This is the perfect solution. I sleep like and Angel and the staff (and dogs) are always a delight. Plus you are close to Stonehenge!

Another gem of a hotel for my 1 night business stay. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room I had was very large with a large bathroom that had a lovely power shower. There was tea/coffee making facilities. There was a very nice freshly cooked breakfast and the evening meal was very tasty and fresh cooked to order. There was plenty of on site car parking and it was just 1/4 mile from the main A303 although you couldn’t hear any traffic noise in the room at all

A nice quiet place to stay despite being close to main road.

What an amazing friendly group of people that run this hotel and the best night I have had in months and I work away a lot, food great, bar staff excellent rooms spotless clean and over all excellent, I’ll be recommending to all my travelling work colleagues, thank you

Great stay near Salisbury, Stonehenge and a few other interesting places. Hotel room was clean, staff super helpful and friendly. Food was awesome.
