웨스틴 미션 힐스 리조트 빌라, 팜 스프링스(The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs)

酒店是公寓設計，餐具非常齊全乾凈衞生，適合旅遊居住，喜歡高爾夫的人士更加好，旁邊就是球場，真是非常方便。

一開始的房間的景觀不好，後來給調了一個面對高爾夫球場的，非常好，陽台還可以燒烤，打球也很方便，值得推薦

some pools were closed -filters not working -all slides were closed- rooms were somewhat clean, neither of the two screen doors would lock. kitchen stocked with cooking tools. front desk was a wonderful experience . lots of walking for small kids. pool service almost non existent

Check in was awful check in time is 4 got there 3:30 room was not ready till after 5 then they changed our room asked to be my my friend then they called said put in wrong room again. Finally settled in room by 6:30.

I didn't care for this place but it was reasonable in cost. I wouldn't stay here for a weekend but one night traveling through is fine. If you want to enjoy palm desert, stay at a different place like Marriott villas or Omni.

This was my second time visiting this resort, first time we had a good experience, second time definitely it was a horrible experience front desk who checked us in was very rude and are not helpful at all, we found a very strange bug in the room that freaked us out and made us uncomfortable during the stay, we had to walk a long distance everyday to get to the pool, NO transportation when i asked if we can get picked up by the golf cart staff says this is only for employers, the second day i found out they transporting guests to the pool on a golf cart, no BBQ grill outside, parking lot is very limited you have to play musical chair to find one, the vibes overall is negative and isn’t the best, employees seems like working under pressure and exhaust haven’t really seen anyone smiling, definitely not coming back again.

At check in, our room was not until almost an hour after 4pm, our keys deactivated and they never sent anyone to come and give us the new keys, my husband had to drive up to get them, at the pool our order was forgotten.

We used to love staying at the Westin mission hills villas because it was connected to the Westin hotel. You could walk over and have dinner or a drink… go hit balls at the driving range, access to tennis courts, the spa d then be able to have go back to the villas. We booked a two bedroom villa for this ecxact readon onmy to show up, check in, have no one tell us at check in that the two properties are basically in a feud. There is a chain link fence up seperatong the path, gates all over the golf course on the villa side and only way to go over if you wanted to have dinner or what not is to walk on the main road. I understand that things change and would actually have been able to work with this but the “villas” have made no attempt to offer more amenities to make your stay better. They don’t even have a little sundry store Incase you need to buy toothpaste or a bottled water. Why? Why would there be no store. Then their one and only restaurant serves all its food on paper plates, isn’t open past 7 pm and when I went to get the family breakfast yesterday am (hours of operation for breakfasts 8-10:30) I arrived at 8:30 and the doors were locked. My son went back at 10:25 and they said they were Closed. I could keep writing but overall, don’t spend your money here. You can rent a condo or house and not pay for parking and have a better experience. Sadly was a waste of money and time

Horrible....will never ever stay here again. My one night that i booked through ********** has cost me so far over $1200 as the hotel has charged me twice and ********** has also charged me. I even called on 6/7/23 and spoke with their "manager" Randall and he assured me it would be fixed....he actually charged me AGAIN on the 7th. I now have over $1200 sitting on my credit card for 1 night!!! 3 separate charges, multiple calls and frustration and no resolution. DON'T STAY HERE.... you will pay way more in time and money then this mediocre timeshare like "resort" deserves
