Good place to stay for couples, bachelors, families. Centrally located close to temples and other places. Bathrooms are sleek and updated but needs to improve on overall cleanliness. Accommodative staff , pleasing service. Breakfast needs to improve both in variety and quality.

Rooms are simple and well maintained. Cleanliness good both in rooms and bathrooms. Food is delicious. Staffs are cooperative. Rate is cheaper for these much facilities compared to other Hotels in TVM.

"I stayed at this hotel on 07/05/2024. The bathroom was clean and neat, but the bed linens appeared to not have been changed as there were many hairs on the bedsheet. The breakfast was average. Overall, the room was not worth the money; you could get a better room for the same price at nearby hotels.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very small , it had no place left after the bed. Rooms are neat and clean. Good Bathrooms. Good business hotel for short stay. This is walking distance from Railway Station and KSRTC bus station. Complimentary break fast was good. Service was excellent, whether it was front desk (IJAZ) or the people at restaurent (For Break fast) I faced issue to work with laptop as there was not table to keep the laptop. They had a small space beside TV where they keep the coffee machine. So u have to move the coffee machine make space & then place the laptop

Not recommended- 23/08/2023 I had called up the reservation for Treebo good land Trivandrum and agent named Reshmi responded. I wanted book for 3 guests, we were a family coming over to attend a wedding. The response was hostile, seemed very unprofessional. She garunteed I would receive a confirmation ober email and whatsapp which never arrived. It was a last minute booking for the same day and I had called from abroad. The first impression feels so insecure and hotel expects us to feel cared for during the stay. I'm expecting to hear back. This is the reason why people starts depending more on online booking platforms over direct channels. Zero hospitality, the agent was hardwired to say no all requests.
