우리는 2023년 3월에 하룻밤만 여기에 머물렀지만 숙박과 요리 경험의 멋진 추억을 가지고 있습니다 @ Hilton 체인의 이 작은 보석.
나는 Lijo에 객실 내 식사를 위해 채식 버거를 요청했습니다. 전화로도 이 사람은 매우 정중하고 경계하며 활기가 넘쳤습니다. 버거는 정말 이 세상에서 벗어났습니다. 당신이 여기에 있다면이 카레 야채 버거를 시도하십시오. 라지네쉬 셰프가 이 버거를 만들었는데, 그는 내 칭찬을 받을 자격이 있습니다.

Stayed at Vivanta Trivandrum 26-28 July 24. The rooms were very well and tastefully appointed. It’s a new property only 3 yrs old. It still looks new. The staff is great . The gentleman Shri Mahesh ( I may be wrong about the name) in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and was explaining typical Kerala cuisine enthusiastically. The Konkan cafe is a tastefully decorated restaurant for sea food lovers. My wife loved the prawns curry made to her dietary restrictions. The chef personally ensured that her dietary restrictions were adhered to. Great place to go and stay.

Very near to thambanoor, maintains standards of the chain. Used the pool in the day, and breakfast had good range of items. Rooms are large in the club room. Tv is available with cable tv connection and also has Internet connectivity, with midnight room service and also a bar.

Great service and friendly staff. Halls were spacious and had good sound systems. The buffet on both days were good too. The hotel was very accommodating to our many requests. Definitely coming back next year for our next Model United Nations conference.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

리리뷰어The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

The hotel's traditional Kerala architecture, characterized by wooden features, added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. Situated just steps away from the pristine shores of Kovalam Beach, the location couldn't have been more perfect. The homely food served here was a culinary delight, offering a taste of authentic Kerala cuisine. Clean and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I can't wait to return to Kovalam Beach Hotel for another memorable stay!

AC 기능은 외부 날씨가 완전히 반대였지만 방을 매우 추웠던 약간의 문제였습니다. 장소의 종류를 고려할 때 음식, 특히 아침 식사는 나쁘지 않지만 더 나을 수 있습니다. 여기에 머물면서 그리 멀지 않은 도시에서 다른 더 나은 음식 옵션을 시도하는 것이 나쁘지 않을 수 있습니다. 호텔 직원은 협조적이고 정기적인 요구 사항에 신속하게 참석했습니다. 리리뷰어우리는 최근에 레지던시 타워 Trivandrum에서 3박 3일 숙박을 예약했습니다. 이것은 우리가 레지던시 타워에서 예약 한 두 번째였으며 처음은 5년 전이었습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 음식은 매우 좋습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 매우 도움이 됩니다. 머무는 동안 연로한 어머니가 침대에서 넘어져 옆 탁자에 머리를 부딪힌 불행한 사고가 발생했습니다. 컷이 깊고 출혈이 심했습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 도움을 요청했고 *** ager (Mr. Vishnu)는 응급 처치 키트를 가지고 즉시 우리 방으로 왔습니다. 그는 동료 중 한 명의 도움으로 근처에 좋은 병원을 제안했고 우리는 어머니를 거기에 데려갔습니다. *** 나이는 병원에서 내내 우리와 함께 있었고 모든 청구서 (그날 나중에 상환했습니다)를 지불하고 모든 처방 된 약을 받았습니다. 그는 우리가 우리 방으로 돌아올 때까지 우리와 함께있었습니다. 그들이 얼마나 빨리 행동했는지 보고, CT 스캔 시설이 있는 병원을 생각했고(머리 부상이었기 때문에) 우리 모두가 걱정하고 엄마를 돌볼 때 상황을 완전히 통제했습니다. 그곳에서 마지막 밤 이었지만 *** 나이는 너무 친절하고 배려심이 많았 기 때문에 어머니가 침대에서 다시 미끄러지는 것에 대해 걱정하지 않고도 여분의 공간을 확보하고 평화롭게 잠을 잘 수있었습니다. 특히 어려운 시기에 이러한 종류의 서비스는 고객을 얼마나 돌보는지에 대해 많은 것을 말해줍니다. 우리 가족은 레지던시 타워 직원, 특히 Mr. Vishnu에게 진심으로 감사드립니다. IIsaacKeralaThis resort is situated approx. 500 mtr inside from the national highway road, out of which approx. 200 mtr road is too narrow. Google map tricked us two times how to take the exit from the main road. Reception, ayurvedic center, swimming pool etc. are in the main land while the rooms are in a small island type area, which is separated by a small river (hardly 50 meter breadth) before joining the sea. There is 24 x 7 traditional type boat arranged by the hotel itself. Parking space in front of the reception is limited, hardly enough for 5 or 6 cars. Reception staff were friendly, the boat driver too. When you reach the room for the first time, you may have a feeling that the rooms are bit old and the surroundings are not as what you expected. But after some time, you will get acquainted with it and start to enjoy it. The (part) sea view from the rooms are good, in the morning you can see the views of local fishermen busy with their work. The ”estuary” area is not so clean unfortunately. There is a way to the beach through the back side of the restaurant. Myself & wife used the ayurvedic center for full body massage, which was excellent and the therapists were professionally trained. Restaurant have only limited options, but the food was ok. We have ordered tea & pakora for the evening and chapati & grilled chicken for the dinner, both were good and not so spicy or oily. Breakfast was enough with fruits, Idly, Dosa, stuffed poratha, omelet etc. and restaurant in charge (sorry, I forgot his name, Mr. Thampi or something similar) was very friendly. Overall, I liked the resort and the atmosphere and suggest it to my fellow travelers, if you like a peaceful and silent place. Try to get the upper floor rooms of the resort for a good view.

OOnelazytravellerThe KTDC Grand Chaitram, Thiruvananthapuram is a government hotel which provides quality services at affordable tariffs. The hotel is located in the centraI Trivandrum which is the older part of the city on the main road. The Trivendrum Central Railway Station is right accross the road and Thampanoor Bus stand is adjacent to the hotel. Yet the road is remarkably congestion-free and quite. You won't hear street noise in your room. This part of the city is very well connected to all other parts of the city. The drive to hotel from airport took around 45 minutes. Please remember that Uber & Ola are available in three or four large cities of the state. The checkin was fast and we had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were ushered into our room. We stayed from 30th May to 1st June in superior room at fourth floor . It contains a sitting room and a bed room. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. Though there is definitely a huge language barrier, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and house keeping is good. A small private parking is available. The food quality and the buffet breakfast spread are average. A quicker response to service requests is desired. The location is top notch. Most of the tourist place like Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Planetarium etc. are within 5 km. The temple of Padmanabhanswami is around 1 km away. If you want to eat out try Aryaas Park (veg) 50 m and Azad Hotel 500 m away. One can go to Pothy Textile 500 m away for shopping clothes.

리리뷰어This was my first visit to tvm and ginger hotels tvm has stayed above expectations in all aspects. The staff here are amazing. I enquired about the place before hand and after i arrived here at the hotel. I found this to be exactly what they have promised me. Me. Ms. Shalimol and mr vipin had been really understanding and i am overwhelmed by their hospitality. Next time i visit tvm for my work. Without a doubt i will choose this property over others available.

Let's start with this place point by point date of visit (7 may to 8 may) 1- reached the hotel little early around 8.30 am. The assistant manager (Mahesh) said he will try to give the room by 11 after confirming with the manager (who refused to share his name but has worked for 11 years in Hospitality in Colaba, Mumbai) The manager refused and asked for additional amount. Which I understand must be the policy. But the arrogance of the manager is hard to miss 2- the room was filled with mosquitos. There was no Soap. The Linen was untidy 3- the Highlight (Check out) we checked out at 11.30 the official time and requested to keep the luggage at the side for sometime till we get some clothes and snacks. The Manager replied not more than 1 hour as it will create disturbance to us. How can 2 bags create disturbance if it's kept in a corner of the waiting area. Part 2 - we reached back by 1.10 pm which he didn't appreciate. We asked the manager about the other places that we can visit, he was completely clueless and had zero interest in replying. While we were sitting quietly in the waiting area he asked us to get out in an extremely rude manner. You can't ask your guests to get out of the property, they are not causing any inconvenience to other patrons. Please please please avoid this place just for the Manager. He is not worthy of being in the Hospitality industry. I really hope the owner of the property takes note of this incident and takes some action against the manager because despite being at good location the people who are running it are leaving a bad taste. I'm writing this review from a restaurant nearby the property as we were asked to GET OUT. P.S. the assistant Mahesh did apologize on behalf of the manager but the damage was done by then
