We arrived at 9.30 in the morning from the airport, very tired, expecting to wait for checking in till afternoon. To our big surprise we got the key and the room right away and could catch up on some sleep before venturing into town. Not many hotels would do it, so it was a great welcome! The good vibes about this hotel continued for us for the next few days. Breakfast was great. Vasili, Ronaldo, Anastasia, Helen, everyone in the hotel staff was great, extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. We couldn't wish for better service. The room was comfortable, very high tech, everything controlled by remote device. Location is good, on the edge of the city centre but close to the train station and transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki. THANKS ONOMA

Very attentive staff. Neat and clean hotel with larger rooms and spaces. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The whole hotel is very well maintained. The location is very central - you can walk to the board walk, get to some really good restaurants nearby, go shopping if you like. It’s walkable and wonderful. Highly recommended.

It was our first time at MonAsty and we enjoyed the warm welcome by the whole team the moment we arrived. We were showed to our room which was quiet as requested and had a modern interior. During our stay we noticed a small issue with the water temperature which was addressed promptly. There was a nightly live music at the bar downstairs which was not intrusive. I noticed that the small entrance area equipped with a couple of tables was well liked by guests and locals who came here to have coffee which made the scenery more lively. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff and especially Ms. Vana who went above and beyond to organize a dinner reservation for us at a unique location. Since it was on Dec. 29 most of the places were booked already and it was only due to her that we were able to celebrate with our friends in this memorable spot. As highlighted by others the location in the center of the city is a major advantage for shopping, sightseeing and dining. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back hopefully soon.
