I made my reservtion through *********** and by mistake I booked the room for the day before my intended stay, it was solely my mistake! Since I am a reservations manager I know that if the hotel is flexible, it is possisble to could keep the money and let me stay another date, they refused sternly. When I informed them about sharing my experience they cnceled my reservations at booking without refunding me, which is absolutely not legal. Either you keep my money but I get to write my experience or you refund and I cannot. Now the matter will be settled by the bank and ***********. If this is their behaviour to an intended guest I cannot fathom how the are treating their guests or how little they care for anything else besides taking their money and be done with you. unacceptable!
