Had difficulty understanding the 2 males during check in. Said my credit card would only be charged day by day after I inquired as to why they were running my cc through the cc machine. Also, don't understand or agree with the $30 dollar required deposit when they charged the full amount of my invoice as soon as I checked in. I received a notice almost immediately showing the charge had hard posted to my cc account. The room had a musty and smoky smell to it. Folks you CAN NOT remove smoke and cigarette tar from walls and curtains without a very stringent removal process. Painting over smoke infused sheet rock will not get rid of the smell. The bath tub had a crack in the bottom of it. Bathroom light switch cover was cracked and dirty. Bottom of bathroom door was deteriorating. Also, when going to the check out counter the first interaction with the female staff didn't even give me a simple salutation. I had to ask first and then politely suggest she should try it. The second interaction with a different female staff was just as bad. Stood at the counter for a bit until she noticed me via the cameras and then from the back office proceeded to ask me what I needed. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Get your damn lazy A$$ up out of your office chair and come properly address your paying customers concerns. This was undoubtedly some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Needless to say I can't imagine ever staying at a Motel 6 establishment again. I also can't recommend it
