EH 에헤쿠티보 어번 호텔(EH Ejecutivo Urban)

It was impossible to sleep due to extreme noise form the surrounding bars and discos from 11pm to 4 am. I was on the far side from the bars, and I cannot imagine how bad it must have been on the street side. Rooms are dark and austere and somewhat musty. The internet doesn't work well. Overpriced.

Too close to bar dance place music to loud unable to rest all night bad experience after one night i want to cancel they refuse reinverse my money force to stay next three day won't come back no more

All well during arrival, the staff was attentive and helpful. We walked o to a nice and clean room, little did I know I was going to be unpleasantly surprised by the bathroom!!!! The toilet was worse than one u find at a gas station stop! It was one of those public bathroom toilet without a toilet seat and those kick handked to flush! Needless to say, It completely took the charm away from the room, the hotel and the quality of our stay

I liked very good comfort for very good price I stayed there 11 days. I would stay again

Very noisy. No clean towels or replenish toilet paper. Didn’t empty garbages and we were there 3 nights.

Air conditioner to old and not working good. 😣😣

Good -walkable to most locations - staff was reasonably nice. - coffee machine out front 24/7 which was nice. Poor - Very old - Everything seemed like it was falling apart. Door frame falling off, Door falling off, bathroom seat broken, windows broken. - Bathrooms very industrial. Looked like a school bathroom - Security extremely poor - Doors were falling off the hinges, and door frame had huge gaps and supported with wood splinters/wedges - Pool appeared like it was never cleaned, and tiles were falling off. - Old buzzing industrial lights. - Overall hotel needs a massive renovation - Extremely loud clubs next door. Do not get a room near the street. - TV were half broken, and lines all over the screen. - Room was missing security bolt - half the hinge was broken off. Reliant on the door handle lock only, which looked like a bathroom lock you would have at your personal home. Complained, and the staff said, "don't worry, we have someone at the front desk all the time" (That doesn't ensure safety to me). And that was after switching rooms 3 times to find a room that had a door that wasn't falling off (and our room door was barely holding on). - Toilets did not looked like they every been cleaned. They just throw some chemical in the bowl, but don't scrub, wipe or clean the toilets, both inside and outside. Recommendations -Do not go to this hotel. We will never return to this hotel again. - Go to a better hotel, even if its a distance away. Taxi's are very cheap in TEPIC

I like the actitud the service and everything was really good
