The only problem we want to extend but the hotel was booked

The hotel is located in the center of the city, has a spectacular view and is close to shops and restaurants, I did not like the service of its staff, they do not show interest in their guests. I was waiting more than five minutes to check in, they just passed by and ignored me. Overall hotel was clean .

Very noisy area. Church bells begun to sound very early in the morning. Mattresses not in good condition.

This hotel is in a centered location, very convenient. The hotel staff is nice, including the parking structure security. We were able to go in and out as we pleased. We loved the hotel breakfast, it never disappoints.

Always a very nice place to stay. It is always the stop we look forward to the most. But a fridge and coffee in the room would be nicer.

Great hotel. RIght in the middle of the Centro de Tepic. Across the street from the beautiful cathedral. Lots of good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Very easy to get a taxi right in front of the hotel. Will stay here again when we go to Tepic.

I actually made reservations for my elderly aunt and her friend who is around the same age. They were both very happy with the service. They liked the food and overall, the location of the hotel.

This is my second year coming to Tepic and using this hotel, first time it was a great experience no complaints at all, this time it was different, first supposedly I was a ******* VIP, however I didn’t received nothing that was offered; we had issues with the AC and I reported that the AC in the room was not cooling properly twice and this was never fixed. On the bright side their staff is very nice and they try to do their best. I would think twice before to use this hotel for my next trip.

I like the the location and the hotel it is very clean I always book at this hotel
