Everyone was super friendly. We especially liked the 3 free margaritas we got as a complementary service. The breakfast is sooo delicious.

It is safe, the parking and rooms can only be accessed by guests. The only downside is they mention they have a restaurant but it is not operating yet, the "bar" only has water and lemonade available.

I liked the underground parking. Did not like my room facing noisy area. (Been there before and was not noisy. They knew this as they left ear plugs) Also silly to require small deposit for second key when required for lighting room AND use of elevator making it difficult for one person to stay in room while another goes in elevator.

The hotel is clean and staff great. Unfortunately the walls are thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. Stayed 4 nights, two barely got sleep due to noisy guests. Staff did help and asked guest to quiet down.

Like the card entry access but needed 2 cards since one required for lights to stay on and for second it is required to leave $100 max peso deposit. Would highly recommend a microwave somewhere in the property such as kitchen or ideally lobby. The available hot water for tea in lobby is lukewarm and even in kitchen that offers breakfast there is no microwave!

Overall we were very pleased and happy with our stay. Location, cleanliness, amazing staff, free breakfast, etc.. Only a couple of down falls that I'm sure when we come back next year will be completed, was that their heater and air conditioner were not working due to the 3rd floor being constructed, and also, you could hear the power tools being used for the construction. Unfortunately we had to stay in for one of the days that we were there and it was impossible not to hear it. But like I said those things can be ignored with comfy warm Pj's if you are in need of a heater during the night and using the courtesy ear plugs provided by the hotel. We will definitely come back next year for our family visit.

Excellent hotel, very clean, roomy and comfy. Not to mention the exceptional service. Best hotel in Tepa!!!
