I really liked the location of the hotel, and the staff was friendly. The main issue that I experienced during my stay was that there was no hot water - my shower was lukewarm, and the water in the sink didn't get hot, either. The walls were also on the thin side and the sound of other guests letting their room doors slam bothered me a little bit during the the early hours of the morning.

The visit started off a little rocky with staff at check-in but the stay ended up being a decent visit.

This place was perfect for an early flight the next morning. 5 minutes from the airport. From the hotel you can walk Mill Ave and along the Salt River. A bit noisy as there was a roof party with dj and college kids… but it was pretty darn quiet by 10pm. The staff was great. We’d stay there again.

Too noisy to sleep in, lawnmowers, **** eaters, traffic. Shower wouldnt get hot, just over warm. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

It was fine. The room was a bit small for 2 people and that was not very comfortable. We went down to have breakfast, but the breakfast menue did have anything that appealed to us.

Needed a 1 night stay somewhere, glad I found this hotel! Staff was extremely nice and attentive, the room was perfect, and it was a short walk to whole foods and other restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a great location. Well situated rooms that are small but lots of storage space. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the noise from traffic but a loud sound machine works for that.
