파이럿츠 비치 클럽 - 올 인클루시브(Pirate's Beach Club)

It's been a few weeks since the holiday but still living memories about it. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, constantly maintained environment, good food and delicious cocktails. Because the holiday was for children I am very glad that the animators involved not only them, but also the whole family in the activities. Thank you very much for a good time.

Me and my best friend were very satisfied with the hotel 😊 We enjoyed that really delicious food everyday and also the staff there was so attentive and hard-working. The beach and Pool was clean and beautiful. We also enjoyed the shows, Spa and the disco there. Everyday they put so many effort in all the animation and everything for the guests. Especially Shaggy and Oussema were really friendly and animated the guests to take part on so many programs of the hotel. They were motivated with great mood always! And also Umit from the Spa was very friendly and informative about different medical knowledge of this topic! We had such a great time and experiences therefor we definitely will book this hotel again!

Holiday time spent in this place was just amazing ! Beautiful view at the beach, tasty food and comfortable rooms. A lot of possibilities to spent time in activ and full of good humour wat, together with very creativ and friendly staff. Definately worth to visit !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless clean. The food at the restaurant was plentiful and varied. I really enjoyed the mouthwatering ox tail stew and grilled seabass. Friday was seafood day with array of different fish, calamaris, sushis and clams. The beach has pebbles but it was not a problem since we brought water shoes. The water was the perfect temperature and so transparent. It was entertaining to watch the schools of fish gather by the pier. Special thanks goes to the animation team. Sam from aqua gym and Elena from aerobics who made me less guilty about eating all the delicious desserts. Fun pool games for adults and kids. And of course their evening shows which were very entertaining. I would totally consider coming back here next year.

Started off on the wrong foot as we arrived very late after our flight got delayed. The rooms we had, we're all booked so we ended up staying that night in some other family rooms, definitely not 5*. Next day we got moved and our holiday started. Staff doesn't speak much English but they are very helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mini bar a bit poor to what we're used to get in other hotels but as we didn't spent too much time in the room wasn't such an issue. You only receive water and apple juice for the kids. The entertainment is great, kids can't get bored. Good variety of food as well so you can't go wrong, impossible not to find something that you might like. The spa and the staff is very professional, great deals if you want to have a massage. Would recommend it,very relaxing. Try the VIP pavilion if you stay, it's great and the waiter is incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the place for families with kids it's great.

This hotel is perfect for a family trip. We took our daughter for the first time abroad and she was way too excited. We are happy that our daughter’s expectations were exceeded. She really had a great time and cried a lot before leaving. I will try to write about everything shortly and will start from the most exciting thing about this hotel. Animators and entertainment team We love you guys! You made our holiday perfect and full of joy. They are so friendly and sweet. It is impossible not to have good time with them. Me and my husband have never played so many games before, we could not so no, our names were always in the list for the games. They have lots of activities that fit all kind of people. We’ll miss them a lot! Every day there were different pool games and evening shows. I think that this is one of the main things for a perfect vocation. Kids mini club Our daughter was there for the whole day. They had lots of activities and games. She just loved to be there. It was open from 10:00 till 12:30, then from 14:30 till 17:00 and from 21:00 till 23:00. It is really perfect when you go on a vocation with children, parents have time to relax while their children are in really safe hands and having lots of fun. Our daughter fell in love with all animators, she asked us to take memory photos with them and burst into tears at the same time, when she realized that she would not see them anymore (for this time, we promised her to bring here next year). Food Big and great choice for all kind of eaters. They have good menu for kids. The main restaurant has everything for toddlers and their meals. They have very delicious soups, especially vegetable and Andalusian. Many kind of meat and fish dishes, seafood, sides and everything is delicious. On our last evening there was seafood dinner and it was like heaven! And sweats, soo many sweats! Real heaven for sweat lovers (and hell for fit bodies). I always wanted to taste all of them and it was impossible, because there were way too many kinds. We visited snack bar only once, because in the main restaurant is everything you need. Cocktails and drinks They had all kind of cocktails. Also they had cocktails for kids. Room Comfortable and clean bed, bathroom with all necessary facilities. Pool and slides Pool was clean and had pleasant temperature. Beach was also clean. The slides are good both for kids and adults.

The hotel itself was amazing, the gardens are well taken care of. Everything was clean. The rooms were OK in my opinion, the sheets and towels were changed every single day and that's ok, but I think they need to invest in some new ones, towels were worn down and the sheets had some holes in them, it's nothing to be botherd about, but still. The food and drinks, food was good, so many options to choose from, pro tip go around first and see what there is to eat that day, the drinks were okay, bartenders (not all) need more practice when it comes to coctails, cause the mojito was not mojitoing for me at all, but no biggy there ether, the variety of coctails was actualy very good. When it came to the day/evening programs at the hotel, everything was mostly done for children, and barely anything for adults, thats a bum for me. The best part of this hotel was the bartender Cansy!!! She has been working there for 5 years now and she really knows whats she's doing behind that bar, we got bored of all the coctails in the menu so she made us some of the best we have ever tried, she's fun to be around and also her maneger, we really hit it of. So if u ever visit make sure to leave them a big tip and get to know them they are really great people. The staff, oh god, what wonderful people, every time u finished eating they pick the plates so fast u don't even notice it, u can ask them to bring u beverages and they will. Overall the hotel is a great place for families, but not so much for adults who don't have kids yet.

The hotel was evething we wanted. the kids had many activities and every morning we went to the yoga, dance and pool gym. I was very impressed with the team from scuba diving. They were very profesional, nice, funny. It was a experience that i will not forget.

We spent 10 nights in this hotel and really do not understand the good reviews. Firstly and most important, the hotel is NOT clean. Everything is dirty and old. Everyday cleaning in the room is a joke, the sheets and towels have yellow spots and holes on them. I have never seen sun beds more dirty then here. The pictures cannot do justice. The food seems good and there are plenty options for every taste, however after 2 days I got food poisoning and spend the next 2 days feeling very sick. Stay away from the un-washed fruits and vegetables. Drinks are bad quality. Also, they do not know or share the ingredients so it is a nightmare for a family with food allergies like us (but this is not the reason I give bad review since we have this issue in many locations) After being sick, we wanted to go to a boat trip. There is a ‘captain’ that walks around tourists and shares the available tours. 50 dolars for 3 hours boat tour, but there was no availability for the next days until our departure so we saw another place where the boats park just to the next hotel. Went there, price is half but the problem they cannot take tourists for our hotel as they have some sort of understanding. Went back to our hotel and they said to give them the money and they will find an option. SO, pay double to Pirate’s Beach so that they go and find a cheaper option but also gain something. This does not seem right, sorry but I have NO reason to do this. I have no problem with your offer, but you can’t deny me buying from another place. There are plenty of options in Tekyrova and thankfully they accepted all tourists. Just walk 5 min outside the hotel, do not pay the absurd price at this hotel. Also, the staff lied there is no bus to Kemer and tried to sell me some ‘friend’ ride. Ofc there is a bus, the station is in front of the hotel and it works just fine. Other than this, staff speaks mostly Russian and the service is not great. There are some nice people but most of them are rude, roll their eyes everytime you ask something and the manager Sinan Cetin to whom I talked was incredible arrogant. There are goods and bads everywhere but the World is large and here it is just not worth it.
