오스틴 파크 호텔 후기

근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있는 위치이지만 호텔 청결도는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 침대 시트에 얼룩이 있는 것을 발견할 수 있었습니다.

오스틴 파크 호텔에서의 숙박은 즐거웠습니다. 위치가 좋았고 Shiba Cafe, Jaya Grocer, Mr DIY와 같은 많은 즐거운 장소와 레스토랑과 가까웠습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 TV에도 좋은 채널이 있었습니다. 침대는 크고 편안했습니다. 하지만 샤워기의 수압이 정말 낮았고 샤워하기가 꽤 힘들었습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 제한적이었습니다. 무료 주차도 가능했습니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 있었습니다.

2nd time staying at this hotel due to location and convenience as an 'international hotel'. Unfortunately, the WIFI situation has only gotten worse; the password was not written explicitly, we tried calling the front desk, for it, to the point of going down physically when it did not work, only to find out that there was indeed something wrong and they would need their technician to look into it. It was not fixed by noon the next day either. The room had stale air that seemed to indicate it was not regularly used or aired and there were minor stains on the pillowcases. Other than these the overall conditions were acceptable for this price point. Liked the blackout curtains to sleep in.

Convenient location with plenty of foods choices within walking distance. Hotel room is ok acceptable with huge room and clean.

I didn’t except the room was so clean and nice room . Will book there again, can give a try if you wanna to stay at that area . 

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are large and the layout is optimal. Everything is good except the breakfast menu is poor. I had to clean the table tops myself as it was somewhat dusty. The hotel is near many pet cafes in the mt austin area so it fitted my plan to visit many cafes. There is a wide selection of food around the hotel and a big supermarket is in the same building so it was very convenient. There is also a hot cold water dispenser near the lift lobby. I will come back again for its positive experience

The room is non-smoking and quite spacious, featuring 2 king beds. The breakfast buffet spread is limited. No swimming pool. Located about 15 km from JB city. Aeon Kebrau Mall, Toppen Mall, and Ikea are about 3 km away. Housekeeping is good. Receptionists on duty were stone-cold. You pay for 3-star service, and you get 3-star service. No complaint.

This is my second trip to this hotel I like it because of his location is very good amenities around it. There is also parking included. Breakfast is also included although I will say the price is a bit on the steep side. Also, the breakfast usually we don’t need Frankie speaking we don’t need their breakfast because there’s a lot of food around the hotel just working between walking distance even level one of the hotel has already very good food and a supermarket so I hope they can give us a choicenot to use the hotel breakfast and reduce the cost. Otherwise, I may look for other places to go because the price is really a bit on the high side compared to the other two hotel. I also went for this trip.

We had such a wonderful time at Austin Park Hotel! The stay was made even better with their complimentary breakfast, giving us a great start to the day. And the best surprise? Just downstairs from the hotel sits a famous Lok Lok stall that’s a must-try for food lovers. Loved by both locals and travelers, it offers an incredible variety of skewers for as little as RM1 per stick – perfect for a tasty and budget-friendly supper after a day of fun.

The room was ok, decant big and clean. Upon checking in, they hold RM100 deposit. Upon checking out, we were informed that one hand towel was missing. But before checking out I make sure that the towels were there. When I left the room to lobby it was barely 5 mins and the hand tower has gone missing. So ended up they only returned us Rm 80 from the deposit.

The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, offering great comfort for a 3-star hotel. The bed was firm and cozy, and there was ample space to move around or unpack. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom—it was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. While breakfast is included in the package, the food was quite basic and cannot be opted out. That said, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of great local eateries, so you won’t be short on dining options. If you're mainly looking for a clean, comfortable room in a convenient location, this hotel delivers well.
