오스틴 파크 호텔 후기

이번이 세 번째 숙박입니다. 아래층에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 위치가 정말 좋지만, 이번에는 방이 엘리베이터 로비 근처라서 좀 시끄러웠습니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고, 특히 온수/냉수 정수기가 마음에 들었습니다!

방은 깨끗하고 4~5인 가족이 지내기에 충분히 넓습니다. 위치도 좋지만, 방이 바로 맞은편 방을 마주보고 있어서 너무 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 1~3명이 짧게 머물기에 괜찮은 방입니다.

위치와 편리함 때문에 '국제 호텔'이라는 점 때문에 이 호텔에 두 번째로 숙박했습니다. 하지만 아쉽게도 와이파이 상황은 더 악화되었습니다. 비밀번호가 명확하게 적혀 있지 않아 프런트 데스크에 전화도 해보고, 결국 직접 찾아가서 확인해 보니 기술자가 와야 한다는 말만 들었습니다. 그런데 다음 날 정오까지도 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 객실에는 퀴퀴한 공기가 차 있었는데, 이는 객실이 자주 사용되거나 환기되지 않는다는 것을 보여주는 듯했습니다. 또한 베개 커버에는 작은 얼룩들이 있었습니다. 이러한 점들을 제외하면 가격 대비 전반적인 상태는 괜찮았습니다. 암막 커튼이 있어서 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다.

근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있는 위치이지만 호텔 청결도는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 침대 시트에 얼룩이 있는 것을 발견할 수 있었습니다.

오스틴 파크 호텔에서의 숙박은 즐거웠습니다. 위치가 좋았고 Shiba Cafe, Jaya Grocer, Mr DIY와 같은 많은 즐거운 장소와 레스토랑과 가까웠습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 TV에도 좋은 채널이 있었습니다. 침대는 크고 편안했습니다. 하지만 샤워기의 수압이 정말 낮았고 샤워하기가 꽤 힘들었습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 제한적이었습니다. 무료 주차도 가능했습니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 있었습니다.

Good location and nice hotel. Clean and good services from front desk is polite. Parking is free. Good for families or business traveliers

Austin Park Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for a short getaway in the Mount Austin area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with strong air-conditioning and convenient basement parking. Its biggest advantage is the excellent location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, massage shops, and convenience stores within walking distance. The breakfast selection is simple but decent. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a hotel I would consider staying at again when visiting Johor Bahru.

Basic hotel with minimal facilities. 3 star at best. Chose this hotel because it's connected to the Pickle madness pickleball courts. The spa at the ground floor was nice and pricing was reasonable

Location is good, where you can simply walk to nearby eateries and entertainment. Might have been past its glory days as the waterpark was closed down. Overall, stay was still pretty decent. Room and shower area is big. Area for improvement would just be the pillows (way too big and hard), and more fabric fresheners on the sheets.

The cleanness of the hotel is good and the staffs are friendly and helpful when we have questions.

The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and quiet. It is also quite large at 25m².The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is basic but adequate. VIP parking is 50 ringgit ...just outside the lobby and sheltered. Parking away from tbe lobby is 30 ringgit but not sheltered. There is another carpark in the basement which is free for hotel guests. There is a big supermarket and a Mr DIY at basement 1. There are many eateries and restaurants around the hotel...and I really mean many. We felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel.

Great location! This hotel is right in the heart of everything. Within walking distance, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, several massage shops, and a supermarket. Very convenient for both dining and picking up daily essentials. Would definitely stay again for the location alone.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Sejujurnya, ini adalah antara hotel paling teruk yang pernah saya alami dalam hidup saya. Pertama sekali, katilnya sangat keras — rasa seperti tidur di atas papan kayu, bukan tilam. Selain itu, penghawa dingin sangat bising sehingga hampir mustahil untuk tidur dengan lena sepanjang malam. Yang lebih teruk ialah bantalnya. Bantal sangat keras dan terlalu tinggi, menyebabkan ketidakselesaan pada leher. Saya benar-benar tidak faham bagaimana tetamu boleh mendapatkan rehat yang baik dalam keadaan seperti ini. Saya telah menghubungi kaunter hadapan untuk meminta penukaran bantal, tetapi diberitahu bahawa semua bantal adalah sama dan tidak boleh ditukar. Jawapan seperti ini langsung tidak boleh diterima bagi sebuah hotel yang kononnya menyediakan keselesaan dan servis. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman ini sangat mengecewakan. Everything is clean and tidy with lots of local food selection. Service are okay too, the only regret is no swimming pool facilities.
