원활한 여행을 기대하며 유명 여행 웹사이트인 트립닷컴을 통해 숙소를 예약했습니다. 그러나 도착하자마자 상황은 빠르게 악화되었습니다. **트 경비원은 UHA 관리에 대한 지식이 없어 즉각적인 혼란과 좌절을 초래했습니다. 감사하게도 경비원은 또 다른 자산 관리 회사인 네스트 홈에 전화를 걸어 친절하게 UHA 관리 연락처를 알려 주었습니다. 예약을 확인한 후 UHA는 차량 번호와 체크인 세부 정보를 공개하기 전에 NRIC/운전 면허증 사본과 예상치 못한 RM200 보증금을 요구했습니다. 사전에 이런 내용이 전달되지 않았고, 준비가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 전체 체크인 과정이 한 시간 넘게 걸렸는데, 이는 극히 용납할 수 없는 일입니다. 숙소 자체가 제대로 관리되지 않았습니다. TV가 고장나서 교체가 안됐고, 변기와 세면대가 더러웠고, 수도꼭지가 흔들리더군요. 또한 약속한 대로 RM200 보증금이 24시간 이내에 환불되지 않았습니다. 우리가 마침내 돈을 돌려받았다는 것은 계속해서 상기시켜 준 후에야 가능했습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 매우 실망스러웠으며 위에서 언급한 모든 문제가 해결되지 않는 한 누구에게도 이 숙소를 추천하지 않습니다.

Negative feedback for Trip.com. This is a not a hotel. It is a AirBnB apartment. I did not know that apartments are able to be listed on Trip.com. There ought to be clearer distinction to inform customers. The price I paid is comparable to a hotel room. I had to forfeit my my payment only because I missed the check-in time. Negative feedback on the apartment. The check-in is permitted only up to 2200h. I arrived past the check-in time but I could not get in touch with the apartment owner at all. Trip.com customer service could not get in touch with the owner too. The only person available on site was the apartment security guard who could not assist much. The result was I was left stranded without a room for the nigh and also forfeit my full payment. Terrible experience! For the same price, one ought to go and get a hotel room in the JBCC area.

The place location is good but the problem is very difficult to communicate cos I don't understand Malay .

Wouldn’t be able to check in cause 1. owner provided wrong number to me through trip, so I cannot call or WhatsApp the owner. same time owner also never reached out to me 2. After arriving, no instruction giving to me of cos cause no one is there 3. After waiting there for 30mins trip finally gave me the correct number. After finally able to contact the owner. Owner never even say sorry, the first thing I was asked is to pay deposits. I ALd prepared to pay cash but the owner only accept transfer through bank. After all the unprofessional experience, the owner made me feel unsafe to transfer and check in. 4. I booked another nearby KSL hotel eventually. And the owner refused to pay me back so sharing experience in case anyone want to book this apartment!

Good for family gathering. Very near Mount Austin. Easy access.
