The Boathouse Resort Tea Gardens is spectacular! Stayed in #210, a fabulous corner one-bedroom with amazing views over the pool and the water. The apartment was spacious, immaculate, comfortable, with everything designed to give you a relaxing and carefree holiday. Drew and Kerrie were super hosts who made certain everything was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed every second and can’t recommend it enough!

The Boathouse was much better than we expected. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was huge. Such a beautiful location, great pool and amenities and a really nice view over the pool and lake. The Tea Gardens area is very quiet with not a lot on offer to do, which can be a positive. We stayed two nights, got an offer for a third at half price and would’ve definitely taken it up if it wasn’t for work. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely private clean accommodation. Gorgeous view from the balcony watching the skilled pelicans land, the tides go in and out and the occasional fish belly flopping while the Kookaburras laugh!!! Highly recommend for a real break from a hectic lifestyle!

A really beautiful and peaceful resort location. We felt spoilt with how spacious our apartment was, and loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the view of the pool and river. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was readily available. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Once again the boathouse didn't disappoint. Such a lovely comfortable apartment. It has everything you need on a mini break.The managers and staff are great.Tea gardens and Hawkes Nest are little gems. The apartment was modern.Very comfortable lounges. The balcony was superb with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 7 nights over December/January. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family. Lovely resort with friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be staying again 🙂

We have been to the Boathouse Resort many times & will continue to return. Drew & Kerrie are perfect hosts assuring that all details of our stay are fulfilled! Our 2bedroom apartment overlooking the river was fabulous with the morning sun allowing us to have breakfast each day on the deck! Tea Gardens is a quiet, sleepy little place during winter & this is exactly what we love! Restaurants,cafes & shops are within walking distance or no more than 5-10 min drive to a Country Club & a Golf Club for meals out! We will definitely be back next year! The Boat House was a nice place to stay with a group of friends. The apartment is self-contained with all necessary cutlery and pans along with a good cook top. The apartment is well maintained. Bennet Beach (patrolled beach) and Jimmys Beach is a five-minute drive from the apartment. There is a nice walk next to the river which is adjacent to the apartment. The manager Drew Mitchell was quite helpful in our request for small change in the booking.
