BG 팰리스 호텔(BG Palace Hotel)

Everything disgusting, don’t make a mistake. The room was dirty, I found hair of previous guests in the bed and walls were dirty. Terrible smell in the room, especially in the toilet - awful smell of mold. We had all the windows open for an hour so that it would go away even a little bit. There is no proper ventilation as well. The heating system does not work. The only way was to turn on the air conditioner that did not work properly and it changed to cold temperature on its own several times during the night. We eventually had to turn it off. There is no soundproofing at all. We could not sleep for the whole night, I could hear people talking in the room above us word by word. The TV did not work as expected, the keys of the remote were dead and we could barely type. Even after 45 minutes of trying we could not log into the Netflix app or use a browser because they were outdated. Oh yeah, the noise from the street is unbearable - again 0 effort in soundproofing. If it was not already a night time we would’ve moved out immediately.

My experience was simply fantastic. Firstly, staff are very helpful and attentive, bed was very comfortable, I also loved the design of the hotel. I was traveling for work and this hotel provided me a peace of mind that I needed

For those looking at affordable prices with the comfort of a cosy hotel, and hospitality style which is close and personal, do visit BG palace hotel. The whole team is sure to take care of all your needs and prepare the breakfast to your own liking. The only con is that the hotel is a little out of the way, in a residential neighborhood of Saburtalo, but still 5 minutes walk from the Delisi metro station. I recommend booking directly.

this hotel is excellent for its price range. me and my friends had a great stay, staff helped us a lot with everything we asked, the food was very good in the restaurant downstairs. the interior is very tasteful and soothing. 10/10.

I totally do not recommend this hotel. There is no breakfast even though booking says that breakfast included. Didn't clean our room even when we asked. One of the days on our stay there was no hot water(in 3 of 4 rooms of our group) and when we came to the reception to talk to them they told us that we are lying. I totally do not recommend this place. The staff is lying.

The stay at the hotel was terrible, there was no hot water in the rooms, there was no room service even after repeated requests. Do not book this hotel. The owner of the place is a liar and is not willing to help or solve the problems in the room. Towels were not changed for 4 days even after we asked several times, there was no toilet paper.

Don’t recommend. We chose BG PALACE for 2 nights with hope to have a good last days in Tbilisi with my wife. Take a note if u chose this place nobody will care about you. Awful service. We came for 1 hour in advance, and manager told us that they are preparing room this time and we have to wait. We chose double room with terrace and swimming pool ( in real life it is crazy small, bed places 75 % of room, and in the middle of room there was column (why?) When we finally came to room, they didn’t even give us a linen for bedroom, towels, and swimming pool was dirty, with insects and long black hair of previous guests. They asked us to wait till 7 pm and they will clean swimming pool ( they didn’t do it). They gave only ONE big towel in first day and two small(from another room,used ones with hair and dirt on them!). And we got linen in 2 hours, and linen for pillow only in the evening(our check in was at 2 but room was “ready” at 5. Second day they gave towels with hair and dirt(again), and only after asking twice and quarrel they gave normal one. In conclusion, they didn’t clean normally pool, so we didn’t use it. We got blaming and fully disrespect. When u will ask here to clean smth, they will find amount of excuses, why it is not possible. + they gave discount for 60 gel ⁃ they dared to ask money 5 euro for 2 cola and 2 chocolates from minibar ⁃ Lastly and most importantly the hotel service was the worst I ever had , felt even worse than hostel. The 4 stars you see are what they wish. Even worse than 1 star.
