The hotel is located very close to city center, liberty bridge and cafes streets (About 15-30 min walk). The rooms are comfortable with cool design. The owner is very friendly, does whatever needed for your stay to be perfect. As well you can reach Carefur supermarket by 10 min walk.

Usually I travel for business. This time it was a vacation trip with my wife. First rime in Sakartvelo/Georgia, first time in Tbilisi. Given the price of the hotel, I had higher expectations. But seeing other places around, I think the hotel gives a good “value for money”. The staff is very friendly (there are only two people there- the reception guy and the breakfast chef girl). The hotel and the room is clean, although the furniture and decor sometimes shows sign of wear. After the friendliness of the staff, location is the best thing about the hotel. An old and cranky bed is the worst thing :) The strangest thing os that breakfast is served starting from 9:00 - too late for tourists like us who want to go on a day trip with one of the many tourist tour companies- all day tours start at 9:00. Fortunately the breakfast chef was kind enough to serve us 20 min earlier, and thanks to the perfect location of the hotel we could make it to the tour in time. For those who like the charm of the old city, dining out, walking- the hotel location is just great. Also next to Liberty square and the Metro station- 3 stops away from the railway station.

The hotel was clean, staff nice & friendly, breakfast good. Negative part, the street to get to hotel was narrow and no elevator, other than that very good hotel, close to all.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are very cozy. We got upgraded for free to a room with a terrace. Really nice gesture. Breakfast was ok and breakfast room was very beautiful, lots of traditional influences. We always had a parking spot in the same street.

A tiny hotel with great location and fantastic and super helpful staff at the reception. The only hitches are the room is tiny and the beds are not comfortable and the noise from the street is pretty noisy till wee hours. Location and the staff of the hotel truly is the best feature of the hotel.

this is a small, cozy, quiet hotel in the heart of the old town and in a walking distance from many attractions. the room was nice and clean and had a nice shower. really nice staff. please note - do not book a taxi from (or to) the airport through the hotel because they charge 50 Lari. Just book a taxi using an app called "Bolt", the price is around 25 Lari. No need to give your credit card details (you can pay cash) and no need to book a taxi in advance. The taxi arrives within minutes.

Best location. Clean and organized. Mattress to be replaced by new ones. Breakfast not served as buffet but it is not important for its price. Everything else as decribed. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, large and quiet. The breakfast is good and staff is very polite. You can feel like at your home. The hotel is very near to city center and you can go everywhere by walking. We hope to visit again.

Great hotel...excellent location one minute walk to the lively street and 5 min walk to rustavelli avenue. Spacious rooms and comfy bed. The owner was helpful and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was tasty. Great choice for your stay in georgia
