This is a hotel that does not have an idea what does a hospitality mean!! Couples from Tbilisi, visiting Telavi branch, who did talk with hotel’s official administration via their official social media accounts, has been rejected to enter the booked suites, because they were not booked!! The mistake that was obviously coming from hotel’s staff member has not been acknowledged by hotel’s manager, she simply said “unfortunately we can’t do anything but search some other hotels in Telavi we’re you might find a free room to stay” , no “we are very sorry, we will momentarily find a best stay for you in another hotel and pay the price difference as a gesture for such inconvenience you faced by coming that long way from Tbilisi to Telavi” or did not even offered a free dinner at their hotel, nothing!!! She just said it’s not in their policy to compensate such a misunderstanding to their guests, not to mention that we are loyal guests who have been staying at their hotels in Tbilisi so many times!! Well congratulations Communal hotels, you have lost your loyal guests in return to your perfect hospitality and acknowledgement of your mistakes!!
