Feeling Uncomfortable.. Unfriendly girl receptionist with a poker face. Very poor customer service.

The facade is grand, but the interior and bedrooms are dated. The electrical outlets, lighting, shower, drainage, and grooming amenities are none ideal.

The staff were excellent, friendly, polite and efficient. They do a good job of maintaining the premises and rooms so everything works well. Even though it is an old building the rooms are upgraded and furniture and fittings are upgraded. The room we had was very spacious. The water pressure was good and an efficient instant hot water heater provided hot water. The complimentary water and morning snacks in the lobby are a nice treat. Parking at night time is no problem on the street. Daytime you have to pay for street side parking.

Strategic location nearby restaurant, mart, night market within walking distance. The hotel may look old but the room, toilet clean and the amenities well fully provided. For Muslim got a prayer mat to perform solat. Overall is okay.

Overall, the room was generally good, but it definitely needs better upkeep as the floor wasn’t properly cleaned upon check-in. The hotel later cleaned it up after informed. Basic tv channel. Would love to have TV that support Miracast, but unfortunately it doesn’t support Miracast, so screen casting wasn’t possible. A decent stay, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself feels quite old and the bathroom was not very clean. The water heater was inconvenient to use, and the air-conditioning control did not work properly. I also could not properly lock or close the window facing the emergency stairs, so whenever someone smoked outside, the smell came into the room.

The bathroom was horrible: the handle was broken, the walls were covered in mold, and it was small. They refused to let me have two room keys without explaining why.

All the services were good, and the location was great as well. Had a pleasant stay

My go to hotels when in Tawau, convenient everywhere has a restaurant nearby. Tho they give me a corner room which is noisy outside and also the next room is really noisy. But overall the hotel staff is friendly.

Old Hotel, location is fantastic. The bathroom needs to be renovated, and the height of the wash basin needs to be lowered. Frontdesk is good

It is an old hotel but very well managed and maintained! Friendly staff, good location, foods easy to find around the hotel.

Cleanliness could be improved, saw used tissue on floor when I enter the room. Location is good. Staff are very friendly!
