The villa is spectacular in an ideal setting. Rosanna and Giuseppe are wonderful hosts. Giuseppe is a very talented chef and the breakfasts are plentiful. We had several dinners under the Tuscan Sun. The kids loved the pool, as did the adults. We were a family of 8. Great location to do day trips to Sienna, Florence, Volterra and many other charming towns. We wish we could return soon!

Rosanna and Guissepie were the best hosts in this beautiful villa! The scenery and sunsets were outstanding. Guissepie's dinners were to die for and Rosanna accommodated each and every one of our wishes. Sabrina greeted us each morning with a smile and lots of good food! This location was great for taking day trips to small towns and vineyards. We loved having the place to ourselves to celebrate milestone birthdays! It's a trip we won't soon forget! Thank you!!!

For 2 years during covid 6 friends planned a birthday celebration in Tuscany hoping to relax, see the sights, eat and drink joyously! Staying at this beautiful villa, cemented our wildest expectations! Words cannot begin to describe our stay! We were welcomed with open arms, wined, dined, and relaxed in first class accommodations. Each day the owner arranged a spectacular outing nearby (or one we had prearranged) and drove all 6 to it! Leaving was difficult as we were now leaving our “new family,” but we took along memories well beyond our expectations! “Birdy claps” and hugs to Rosanna and Giuseppe!

Fabulous! Our experience ( there were 6 women ) was wonderful. The hosts Rosanna and Guissepie live on the premises and we’re always available. The villa itself is like a movie set. Beautiful. There are places to sit and read or just gaze at the Tuscan landscape. Gusippee will make dinner if you don’t want to go to one of the nearby restaurants. Wine is available at the villa to purchase. I would suggest that you bring several converters and good walking shoes. I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about our trip and this villa.

We just returned from a week stay at Villa Fillinelle - just wow! The villa and its surrounding landscape and gardens is absolutely beautiful. What makes this villa so special is the family that runs it. Rosanna and her husband Giuseppe (the chef), plus their children, are adorable. They were so attentive to our needs and made us feel right at home. I am most grateful for their concern with our dietary needs. Giuseppe is an outstanding chef, every dish was delicious. Rosanna answered all our questions promptly and also guided us to places to see and things to do. Their children are absolutely endearing, wanting to help at dinner time. They made themselves available when we needed them but also gave us privacy so that we could enjoy the place as if it was our own. I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for an exceptional home away from home with all services provided so that you can truly relax and enjoy.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine Agosto in questa splendida dimora d'epoca...la camera bellissima, la villa ha un bel giardino e una piscina rinfrescante con vista sulle vigne...la colazione abbondante è i servizi a disposizione della villa molto interessanti...abbiamo fatto una visita ad una azienda agricola più degustazione in villa...ed una sera Giuseppe ci ha cucinato un'ottima Fiorentina...ecco, che dire di Rosanna e Giuseppe?che sono due ospiti stupendi...a molto presto (speriamo)

Le nostre giornate sono iniziate con un sorriso grazie alle ricche e deliziose colazioni proposte da Rosanna e Giuseppe, due persone veramente piacevoli e ospitali,prodighe di consigli su come e dove trascorrere la giornata. Aperitivo al tramonto in giardino, cena gourmet in un salone da favola, camera elegante e curata nei dettagli. Tutto perfetto!! Da ripetere assolutamente.

Posizione bellissima. La villa è accogliente calda arredata con cura. La struttura è quella di una imponente villa di origini medioevali. E' gestita da una famiglia che fa dell'accoglienza il punto di forza !. Pranzi e cene sono preparati con cura. La colazione è buonissima. Si sta come in un hotel di lusso ma come se si fosse in una casa di amici.
