We been staying here the same time of year for a few years now for a church convention. This hotel has been excellent in every way. This year it wasn’t the same. The housekeeping service was awful. We checked in on Monday and checked out Saturday. We left for the day about 8:30 am and returned after 4pm (plenty of time for housekeeping.) Tuesday just clean towels, trash taken, no cleaning, no making the bed. Wednesday a little cleaning in bathroom, clean towels, trash taken, and a messy spread up bed. (I couldn’t believe what I saw.) Thursday before leaving out we asked do we have to pay for housekeeping and clean sheets of course everything was clean when we got back with clean sheets. Friday we ran a little late so we got a chance to talk to housekeeping and tip our housekeeper before leaving. Well… when we got back nothing clean in the room and the housekeeper that was assigned to our room and received the money was no where to be found. On my way downstairs there was a housekeeper still working on the other end of the hall. She said she would come clean our room when she got finished in about 5 minutes. She did come and did a excellent job. Even changed our sheets again. Bottom line the hotel needs to check on their housekeeping staff. That was a awful experience.

Poorly managed reflection of IHG, may be our last time at any IHG. Not what we signed up for, shame on IHG for not closely managing and inspecting these facilitates.

Staff is horrible, my room deposit refund was never processed correctly. Trying to reach them regarding the issue is horrible. They disconnect the call after placing you on hold forever. Because of their neglect I have to wait 30 days for the pending transaction to drop from my credit card because I can’t reach them over the phone.

We called to request an early check in they told us no because most their housekeeping staff did not show up and we would not be able to check in until 3pm we get there at 3:15 and they told us our room was still not ready. The room was not ready until almost 4 pm. we get in the room and there were stain on the pillows and sheets, carpet was dirty and the RR wasnt even swept. We had a family event so I didnt even have time to call an complain. Rushed to get ready because hotel check had already made us late. Get back ask for late check out and the front desk night clerk said no you dont qualify for late check out because you booked third party and not directly with us. I said but you guys didnt even have our room ready by check in. She said well that is just when you can start to check but you have all day to check in. I said but it was not my fault that your housekeeping did not show up. check in started at 3 and you didnt have the room ready until 4 annnnd my room was dirty! to whick she responded sorry you dont qualify forlate check out. Such a NASTY ATTITUDE! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT HOLIDAY INN!

Had booked a non handicapped room because we wanted a room with a bath tub. Front desk clerk confirmed that they had another room but would not move us because we had booked through **********. Her comment was, “That’s what you get when you book through **********” She informed us that it was against their policy to allow changes on rooms booked through ********** even though she made it clear that they had other rooms.

Staff was great. Pool was not the cleanest. Had to use the washer and dry washer flooded the room and the dry need to be rebalanced was super loud.

Walls are way too thin!!! Early in the morning people were in the hallway having a conversation and we heard every word!! Pillows ******!! Could hear footsteps throughout the whole night therefore did NOT rest!!

They would not let the traveler check in to the hotel and turned her away at 1 am. I called the hotel and they said she was not 21 and could not stay. I would like my money refunded.

The pool was not clean, was horrible looking. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, loud, could hear footsteps constantly, from not only above us but the hallways. Breakfast was okay, not great. Front desk was friendly and professional. Clean.
