We loved the location of the hotel. We stayed 4 days and used it as our home as we e plowed the area. We did a city tour, a day of sailing and wine tasting at Barone di Villa Grande. It was raining one day so did not take in Mt Etnea. I definitely have to give a shout out to the concierge Sarah. She is FANTASTIC. She provided a wealth of information and booked events. It was my husbands birthday and she arranged a great surprise for him. the hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly; however, she made our experience over the top. We totally recommend staying at NH,

I would like to give 6* if possible! This was a special holiday for my husband's birthday. We stayed here on the recommendation of our travel agent who have customers who rave about it. I can see why! Even though we had an entry level room (others were taken) it was amazing! ALL staff were fantastic but special mention to Manuella and Marco from the breakfast team. Beautiful, small hotel (23 rooms) which was a private villa, originally. Very well appointed and nicely decorated. The breakfast room is on the roof with amazing views. Only thing that spoiled the tranquility was a group of loud American cyclists (I think) Loud in the breakfast room; loud by the pool. :( The Michelin Starred restaurant, as you would expect, is very expensive as well as drinks from the bar. 20 euros for a glass of wine! Perfect situation for exploring Taomina. Lots of great restaurants and a walk down the, pedestrianised, main street was great with all the designer shops. A trip to the Opera was 22 euros well spent, too! Easy access to the bus station, cable car for a trip to Isola Bella is worth a visit. So much to see in the area, too. Local tourist office (near the Messina Gate) can book these for you. We went on the Godfather tour, of course, a day trip to Syracuse, Ortegia and Neapolis, and Etna is a must! There is a hop on/hop off bus which gives you an orientation tour of the area. We hope to return and maybe try one of the bigger, sea front rooms.

The experience of staying at Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina is extraordinarily nice! Splendid view of volcano Etna from our room, wonderful natural surroundings, excellent hospital staff and services, tasty Sicilian food and wines, luxury hotel rooms and spa, comfortable beds and pillows etc. Whoa, there are too many, they are all so kind and friendly, I will list all of their names below: Enzo (great sense of humor and welcomed us upon arrival); Orlando (sing like Pavarotti and entertainment master); Daniel (shy but work like pro); Antonio (artist name Tony Zano who raps and released 3 albums with 22 tracks, true master); Gisappi (Bartender with glasses, also a great teacher of making cocktails); Kristina (very kind and friendly with lovely smiles); David (humble waiter at restaurant, from Tuscany); Valentina (Wonderful Chinese speaking and sweet); Ricardo, Roberto (always smiling and helpful with carrying stuff); Margarita (amazing events planner and great photographer); Luca, Giovanni (excellent shuttle driver who loves cars); Matia (doorman who appreciates piano and music). Some others I couldn’t call their names, but I will always remember their lovely smiles and kind hospitality! Again, special thanks to all of them who made our stay experience unforgettable and incredible! Thanks! :)

Posizione centrale vicino a Porta Messina: è il vantaggio ma anche lo svantaggio di questo B& B. Dipende tutto dalle vostre esigenze: essere in centro significa godersi il terrazzino che affaccia sulla via principale, avere a due passi le piazze meravigliose di Taormina e anche piazza San Pancrazio, dove partono taxi, bus navette. Poco distante, 10 minuti a piedi, in via Pirandello c'è anche il teatro greco. E poco distante anche la partenza per la funicolare che vi porta su e giù dal mare (Isolabella ad es). Attenzione però: Taormina è sinonimo di movida, quindi se andate a letto presto, mettete in conto che sentirete il vociare delle persone. Per la colazione confermo: ottima e con Lili che vi accoglie in una stanza luminosa e ben preparata. Il Check in si può fare anche al telefono. Attenzione: chi ha l'auto dovrà lasciarla al parcheggio Lumbi (pagandolo) e poi salire con bus navetta gratuito. Suggerimento alla proprietà: mettere tenda oscurante alla Camera Cleopatra e inserire sul sito l'informazione essenziale sul parcheggio. Un grazie comunque per questo soggiorno invernale di 3 giorni: grazie alla vs struttura ho potuto stare nel cuore di Taormina.

The hotel was nice, staff was helpful, location awesome, room was okay .. but there was no noticeable AC! In the heat of August it was a pretty brutal stay .. My GF and I barely slept and that kinda ruined our experience unfortunately. When we asked the front desk about the AC they said it’s centralized so it doesn’t matter whether you change the settings in your room, it doesn’t change. We felt kinda tricked. Other than that .. it was fine!

멋진 바다 전망을 갖춘 개조된 깨끗한 호텔. 훌륭한 위치, Taormina의 주요 하이라이트, 상점 및 케이블카의 상부 입구와 매우 가까운(도보 거리) 매우 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 직원들은 세심하고 친절했으며 지역에 대한 정보와 하이라이트를 기꺼이 공유했습니다. 우리가 도움을 요청할 때마다 행복하게 제공되었습니다. 우리가 얻은 방은 넓고 편안했습니다. 호텔 옆에 공영 주차장이 있지만 개인 주차장을 원하신다면 호텔에서 쉽게 예약할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 기본이지만 맛있습니다. 자연 환기가 가능한 욕실을 선호했지만 숙박에는 전혀 영향을 미치지 않았습니다.

위치는 나쁘지 않고, 구시가지에 관광지와 멀지 않고, 옆에 작은 공원이 있습니다. 하지만 타오르미나 전체가 언덕 위에 있고, 호텔도 경사면에 있으며, 운전하는 친구들은 조심해야 합니다. 호텔 입구에는 무료 주차 공간인 3개의 주차 공간만 있습니다. 예약은 안되고 선착순으로만 예약이 가능하지만 저희는 이날 차 4대를 차를 몰고 다녔습니다. 호텔에서 바라보는 전망이 좋고 특히 멀리 바다와 화산이 보이는 조식 테라스가 좋습니다. 호텔 스타일은 고풍스러운 유럽식, 객실 시설이 낡았고, 커튼이 쳐지지 않았고, 수건이 너무 푹신하고 편안하지 않습니다. 그러나 산에 있는 호텔은 너무 높지 않을 수 있습니다. 리셉션 데스크의 웨이터는 매우 열성적이었고 화산 주차 상황에 대해 우리에게 소개했는데 매우 유용했습니다.

Taormina is a real Sicilian gem overlooking the breath-taking coast line and the magnificent volcano Etna. Like every touristic top destinations also in Taormina the amount of hotels and B&B it’s simply impressive and the quality of the service is not always comparable to the hotel rates. I found this hotel a great compromise between reasonable price, nice bedrooms, great location and stunning view. What makes a difference in my opinion tho is the front desk staff together with their colleagues of the breakfast team and all the other friendly and serious pro I met during my stay in this hotel. As a skilled traveller and tour operator with thousands night spent in hotels in the last 25 years I’d say that there are few minor details I’d change or fine tune to be a full 4 stars but a big shoutout to Annalisa, Giovanni, Nicoletta and all the other top staff members - sorry guys I don’t remember all the names but you were all at the top. I found Annalisa and the colleagues very professional, kind, ready to give the right suggestions, expert and always friendly. As a former hotel manager I would have been very happy to work with them, you all really made a difference See you soon. Grazie 🙏🏼

이것은 멋진 호텔입니다 !! 나는 많은 리뷰를 쓰고 아마도이 호텔에 5를 줄 것입니다. 그러나 침대는 너무 단단했고 나는 시트 만 좋아하지 않습니다 (유럽 표준에 비해 꽤 정상적이지만). 그러나 그 외에는이 장소는 내 취향에 뛰어납니다 !! 동료들은 프론트 데스크가 매우 도움이되고 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭한 카푸치노로 훌륭합니다. 위치는 이길 수 없습니다. 주요 자갈길에 발코니를 가지고 앉아서 와인을 즐기십시오. 놀라운 분위기! 안전하고 좋은 블로우 드라이어, 괜찮은 욕실 조명 및 작은 샤워 시설이 있습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동합니다. 더 큰 사람이라면 샤워를 포함하여 욕실이 빡빡 할 수 있습니다. 주요 번화 한 보행자 구역을 따라 있지만 발코니 문을 닫을 때 침묵합니다. 매우 조용한 호텔이지만 10 월 말에 여기에 있었기 때문에 (기온은 여전히 25 명이며 사람들이 수영하고 있습니다)이 호텔을 정말 좋아합니다. 아마도 내가 유럽에 머물렀던 가장 좋아하는 사람 중 하나 일 것입니다. 돌아 오기를 바랍니다!
