우리는 호텔 프론트 데스크에서 하우스 키핑에 이르기까지 전반적으로 3 박을 보냅니다. 벨 보이와 레스토랑 직원은 정중하고 도움이됩니다. 나와 내 아내에게 적합하지 않은 무료 아침 뷔페를 제외하고 음식은 너무 짜고 커피는 충분히 뜨겁지 않습니다. 우리는 스스로 지불하는 다른 음식을 시도했습니다. 좋은 것으로 간주 할 수 있습니다. 그런 다음 우리는 또한 아침 식사를하기 위해 인근 차이나 타운으로 걸어갑니다. 커피. 그리고 Bintan 여행 가이드가 관광 등을 위해 우리를 데려 올 것입니다. 운전사 Edwin은 경로에 매우 익숙하며 먹고 싶은 것에 대한 두뇌를 깨뜨릴 필요가 없습니다. 자동으로 점심과 저녁 식사를 위해 우리를 운전할 것입니다.

This has been the best hotel experience throughout my travelling experience. I brought a big family of 12 pax, and its definitely not easy to handle but the hotel staff has gone out of their way to ease alot of our troubles! The staff were so sincere in helping us with shopping tips, where to get food, transportation and even food. My highest compliments to the GM or owner of the hotel, she definitely went out of her way by making sure we were sent to the ferry terminal safely. she was so humble and definitely made our experience greater. Hotel rooms were definitely new and comfortable. The front desk made sure we were able to have connecting rooms and were on the same level. On top of that, wifi was good throughout the hotel. easy connection. Another compliment goes to the chef at the restaurant. Food was of great quality and worth the wait. A bit of hiccup, but the service recovery was fast and superb. Sincere apologies from the staff and they ensured improvements. I love the breakfast too. good spread and honestly zero negative comments on the food. It was really well cooked and nice! This hotel deserves a high rating for service and quality. we have already made plans to return! Thank u once again to every staff that has made our stay a great and memorable one!

리리뷰어I love this Aston hotel. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially driver named Tri. Delicious food, also the chef was always happy to prepare whatever specific meal for our request. Big swimming pool, where is possible to proceed scuba diving course, which the hotel offers. Swimming pool area was actually my favourite peaceful area to take a morning caffe, or evening candlelight dinner. The hotel also offers amazing experience of swimming pools breakfast, I highly recommend ! :-)
