보통은 페리 터미널 근처에 머물곤 합니다. 하지만 이번에는 바하사어로 First Mile인 바투 사투에 위치한 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 새롭습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 기분이 좋습니다. 근처에는 좋은 현지 식당이 많이 있습니다.

I had a great two-night stay at Alltrue. The staff were friendly though not of them can speak English. The location was peaceful, and the room was spacious and clean. Facilities like the spa, gym, and sauna were excellent, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Highly recommended!

Neat and tidy. Located in city center thus convenient to get to the port upon departure. On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready. -Okay selection of breakfast options -Food menu and prices from their restaurant is good price (though I didn’t order any 😅)

Everything consider good, just the room got clogged after shower, location not easy to look for if never search properly but it is quite near to the ferry terminal.

We enjoyed the trip. Stay at the hotel was comfortable but there was very little consideration for elderly & disabled guests. To supplement that, all the staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. Few things that could be better although they are good: 1. All white towels that were provided should be brilliant white in colour for confidence to use it safely. 2. At breakfast, bread could be fresher than dried out. Pulut Hitam buboh could be served warm. Otherwise there was a good spread of food. 3. Outside at the entrance to the road, a short ramp would be helpful for elderly & disabled guests. Food was tasty & presented well. Thanks Vijaya

Hotel is clean and location is good. Only set back the room that we get without window which make us feel stuffy inside. Suggest when make reservation remember to request window room
