Travelodge Tamworth Central Hotel

Having travelled from 4 hours from Yorkshire with work, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel during the weekend given somenof the reviews. Skye, the receptionist was lovely and pleasant on check in and dealt with queries efficiently. She was a pleasure to speak to and made my trip more comfortable. This hotel is located a suitable distance from the town with amenities near by for ease of access. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and clean room. Will stay again for both business and leisure in the future.

Very polite and caring staff. Always willing to go above and beyond. To make sure my stay is a good experience. Rooms are clean and smell fresh.

Enjoyable stay, receptionist Katie very pleasant and friendly and helpful cudnt do enough for you, with invoice receipts, top up on condiments for room and anything Room required, credit to the company, fantastic to talk to and nice personality

Really impressed with the service at this Travelodge. We booked accessible accommodation on the day and Skye came in so that we could stay. Katie was very helpful when we arrived explaining we couldn't check in until there were 2 members of staff on site. After having a rubbish day due to issues with moving to the area so it was nice to see a friendly face. Katie also made us drinks, which was much appreciated. We are very happy with how helpful Katie and Skye are and thought this should be highlighted.

I had the pleasure of staying here this week and it was brilliant . The room was clean bed was comfy. Very close to town and shops. Right down the road from snow dome. Receptionist was skye she was very kind and helpful . Would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back .

Nothing was to small for This travel Lodge . Relaxing environment. Was met by a lovely Woman called nadia who had my room ready 1 hr 10 mins early as rung up explaining mental health needed a break lovely and understanding who made your stay relaxing . On the evening was met by an amazing member off staff katie who treated me like a human would chat and went got Me extra tea bags and sugar we all know how much we need our brews for night time and mornings . They certainly made my stay worth while and house keeping carnt fault Them . The amazing cleanliness off room and effort they put in for me To mess it up By going to bed straight away. Thankyou nadia and katie u are a credit to the company you Represent . Will deffo stay again my room 127 Was absolutely amazing . See you next time

Skye and Michelle at reception are helpful very polite and excellent check in.the room was very satisfactory. Cleanliness was exceptional and will always return again if these two ladies are working. Pillows were nice and soft and bed comfy.

Michelle was fantastic again Check me in last week and same tonight Regular at Tamworth travelodge when revisiting family. Such a happy face at 22:00pm, always service with a smile Should have a points club like IHG but nether the less. Always a clean spotless hotel Brilliant

Visited your Tamworth hotel and Michelle’s service is second to none, friendly professional and happy to help. She went above and beyond. Helped fix our tv and gave us extra tea bags. Room was clean and well looked after. Customer service was above and beyond
