The bathroom was full of black mould and both the room and bathroom had a damp smell throughout. This hotel is clearly in need of some refurbishment as it is not up to premier inn standards. The room size was great and the bed was comfy

The hotel was in a really handy area for travelling to Drayton Manor which was the reason for our visit. The staff were lovely but particularly Jenny on main reception, she was very kind to our son, very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in booking us a table and advising on our upgrade options

Stayed for one night before going to Drayton Manor, which is only minutes away. The reception staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, making a fuss of our little one and gave a recommendation of a good local restaurant- not the one next door which is part of the same business. The same can be said for the maid the following morning.The hotel could do with an upgrade but we got it at a bargain price so absolutely no complaints and above our expectations.The hotel was spotless and the beds very comfy. We booked breakfast, at addition cost, which is served in the Beefeater restaurant next door. I wish we could have extended our stay to visit the excellent looking retail park next to the hotel.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago as i was seeing my mum i must say the beds are very comfortable and lovely and clean. I just would like to say how well the house keepers work as i don't see them get much recognition on the reviews on here. I have stayed at other premier inns and the rooms have been bad. Thank you once again 😀 house keepers. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We went into the beefeater and the food was good but the restaurant little dull but nothing too bad. i will definitely be back.

Great hotel very clean and comfortable Staff were fab especially Calvin his customer service was outstanding throughout the whole experience Food was lovely too . Team very helpful at the restaurant also Look forward to our return In the summer

We stayed here as travelled up from south wales to go to the Snowdome. Location was excellent for this. Check in was quick and easy the staff were friendly and helpful couldnt fault them. Room as it should be

Real warm welcome from the receptionist who really made a fuss of our daughter. Room was a little warm but we just opened the window. The staff were really accommodating and we had a great nights sleep. Great location for the Snowdome - just a couple of mins drive. Will definitely be returning.

Parking available and staff there to welcome you at reception Rooms a bit dated but clean and functional Although we stayed in March and it wasn't a hot day the rooms were so hot at night we couldnt sleep

Check in was good and on first impression the room was pretty much as you would expect. However it was looking a little tired in places, the bathroom floor had discoloured, the window mechanism was stiff and i did not want to force it in case i i broke it. We went to the pub / restaurant in the evening and were surprised that there was no bitter on draught. There were several types of lager on draught however. It was not a big problem as i was able to buy bottled Doombar. Our sleep was not brilliant as the room was quite warm, reducing the temperature on the control did not seem to have any effect and due to the window being stiff we were unable to let fresh air in. Breakfast was a real let down. We were asked to book a time for breakfast at reception when we checked in. We were told not to arrive more than ten minutes before or ten minutes later than the booked time. However when we arrived a "walkin " was admitted which makes you wonder how important being given a time actually was. There were several unsupervised small children to be negotiated around the "continental" selection. Nobody seemed to care. The selection available was not what you would hope for, an example being the yoghurt. there were approximately 4 dozen pots of strawberry yoghurt, but there were no other flavours or plain yoghurt on display. We were told that Strawberry was all that was available. There was no scrambled egg on the buffet. When we enquired we were told that it would be 10 to 15 minutes before it would be available as the kitchen was cooking a breakfast for somebody with an allergy. I asked if somebody would let me know when it was available but was informed that that would not happen and that i could either wait by the buffet or return later. As it happened the people with the allergy were on the next table and when their breakfast was delivered they had scrambled egg on their plates. I went to the buffet there was scrambled egg but then they were out of hash browns. It seemed to be one thing after another and nobody seemed to care. They appear to be short staffed and as a result the service suffered. I have used Premier inn many times over the years both for work and for leisure and this stay fell well bellow our previous experiences and hence our expectations.
