Downstairs is the bar and club. Very noisy in the midnight. Won’t come again.

這個酒店，1.在老城區，觀光方便，但是設施略老舊，有歷史感，2.沒有電梯，樓道曲折，行李大的話要考慮一下。3.房間沒有冷空調，夏天晚上洗桑拿。

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением в центре. Имеется просторный внутренний дворик и зона для отдыха. Завтрак был очень плотный и вкусный. Чистота в номере на 10 из 10, нареканий не было. Были также большой телевизор, хотя он мне и не нужен, небольшой холодильник и сейф. Обязательно вернусь сюда когда буду в Таллинне.

The reception was empty when arrived. We waited for half an hour and nobody came. We left and came back after few hours. Reseptionist explained that he was in other hotell. Our room was in the first floor. There was nightclub next door and it was open untill five. The bass sound was very low and we couldn`t sleep at all. In he morning we complained but reseptionist was very rude and arrogant. He wasn´t sorry at all. He explained that nightclub not belongs to hotell and noisy is part of old town. NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed for a weekend. Very good location. Breakefast was bad, not much to choose from. The hotell realy needs an upgrade, and there is a sewer smell at the hotell. You can also hear everything, and the night club is next door.

Lovely old building, clean and tidau, breakfast was good. Reception was helpful. Location is perfect. Only negatives were that we were on 5th floor. Which is a bit of a hike, especially with luggage. Also it was really hot on a night, I ended up opening the window despite it being - 8 outside. But understandable because it's such an old building but may not be for everyone.

The room was sp**** and looked nothing like the photographs on *********** or the hotel website. We were put in room 224. To get to this room you have to go up a lot of stairs from reception then down a long corridor and get to a set of stairs and go to the third floor then follow the signs which takes you back down another set of stairs to the 2nd floor and eventually get to the room, which is a dead end, what it does not tell you outside the door to the room is that there is a step down into the room and my wife went flying as she walked in to the room. As a retired firefighter I was extremely concerned as to how I would get out of this room in the event of a fire and there were no directions in the room which would be usually be on the inside of the door directing customers as to the two means of escape that should be available to them. The signs along the corridor were very confusing. On my booking confirmation it stated that the hotel was entirely wheelchair friendly. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. On the first night, a Thursday we encountered some noise in our room that went on until about 3 am we thought this was revellers, how wrong we were, it was the following day when we were in the street outside the hotel we noticed that our room was actually above a nightclub. Friday night was like a rave going on in our room which went on until 0500. I asked for a room change the next day and was told by the gentleman who was on reception that he would not know if he could do that until after 1800 that day. This put us at a dilemma as if there were no other rooms available we would be still in room 224. We decided to leave and move to a better hotel.

The property is disgusting and a health risk. They put me in a room which was two meters from 10-12 5G antennas on the roof!!! This is a severe health hazard!! I took photos showing how close these antennas were to my room; but, this lowlife hotel actually lied to *********** about them. The hotel refused to give me a refund; and *********** is complicit with them not giving me my refund. Even after *********** verified my photos and complaint as true, they did not ensure my full refund. And, actually, still complicit with this disgusting hotel, *********** actually IGNORED FIVE MESSAGES of mine sent to them about it. So, in summary, the hotel endangers your health and lies about it; and *********** covers for this hotel and supports them in that health hazard and deceit. And, I work as a telecommunications engineer for almost twenty years; so I can absolutely assure you that this hotel is a health hazard. And, again, *********** is complicit in this!!! **** DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TERRIBLE, DANGEROUS, AND DECEITFUL HOTEL!!! And, also, use any other service than ***********, as they are complicit with these hotels, and offer disgusting customer service!!!!
