Called their front desk to book a room. One lady answered without even stating her name.. She was very rude and unprofessional. I hope they train their CSA about proper phone etiquette and manners since they’re working in a service company.

Lovely hotel - well located near to the old town. Great breakfast with lots of choice across the buffet. The room was comfortable with plenty of space for two. We liked the spa - sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - made for a relaxing stay. All staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

The best customer service the rooms are so clean and also the breakfast was so good and quite a variety to choose from.We were warmly welcomed and definitely coming back with my family was such an amazing stay am happy it's worth each coin good job

Very beautiful and professional hotel in the city center directly at the US embassy. I was very happy about the professional and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast for takeaway. My stay could not be better.

Very nice hotel with good location. Quiet location, nice rooms, small spa, good breakfast, helpful personnel and smooth checking in and out. Very good place for a weekend stay or in business. I had the priviledge to combine these both. Recommendation!

Great hotel in the heart of Tallinn. We stayed there for two nights and their sauna and hot tub offer was great for the price point. Only thing we would suggest maybe is some variety in the brekkie hot food as eating the same thing everyday got monotonous. But overall great service!

Nice hotel with good location. Room was very nice, spa was small but cozy only thing that the steam sauna wasn’t working for some reason.. On our arrival on friday the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good BUT on saturday there was this young girl who was serving breakfast and she was really really unpleasant.. we said good morning and she didn’t respond and when we left i said thank you and that the breakfast was really good.. for some reason again she didn’t respond and with angry face turned her head away.. I usually never leave bad reviews but her behavior was somehow so insulting that i had to share it..

Bed was wonderfully hard, slept like a log, breakfast was perfect, loys of food choices at breakfast super location and great clean rooms. Nice staff and 10 minutes from everywhere. Virtual key really handy, great idea. Gym and spa beautiful modern and clean.

Clean and beautiful room. The terrace surprised with its spaciousness. The sauna is very good and heats up quickly. Of course, the usual robes and slippers are convenient for business trips. Breakfast is excellent. There will be something to eat for every taste. The staff is smiling and welcoming.
