Good hotel and location is also good

在湯加這種大環境下還算可以接受，但是配置確實跟不上這個價格。海景房跟圖片有點差別，透明玻璃被布擋上。 但是如果再去我還是會選這。 但是酒店的owner人很好，是個中國人，非常熱情也給予了一些旅遊建議和幫助。

Disappointing and not value for money. Stayed 5 nights and for first 2 nights only faintly warm water that slowly dripped out of shower. Slight improvement for last 3 nights but never hot with pressure. No TV the whole time even though reported it. No sounds of any rooms having TV either. Room was described as “Garden View” - bars, a fence and a few weeds was the view out of a very small window with cracked glass. The room was scruffy - needed maintenance and upgrading!

Ok place to sleep, air conditioning was good, shower good, room clean, wifi was bad had to sit in the corridor for it to work. Restaurant seemed to be Chinese food so wasn’t interested, breakfast a plain continental so ok. All in all ok for the price

Staff were lovely, and attentive, and tried their best to accomodate. Reception wasn’t really helpful at times, but the cleaning staff and dining staff were. Breakfast was delicious!

Had a brilliant stay here and just loved this hotel. Having booked, I was a bit concerned at some of the previous reviews. Let's be honest if you are looking for 5 star luxury this is probably not for you. However, I had a very large room that was very clean with good WiFi. Staff were very friendly and greeted me by name all the time. Not sure if the Chinese restaurant has changed hands but the food I had was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is in an ideal location and you can easily walk to beaches and other sites. High recommended if you want something slightly different from the usual corporate experience. Many thanks!

This place needs work. The staff are friendly and the restaurant downstairs is good for vegetarian options. The building itself feels like a place someone has either inherited or overpaid and they're not quite sure which market they are going for. If I were them, I would concentrate on a few rooms, replace the appliances, fix the towel racks etc and progressively renovate.

I would say this is an ok place to spend a night. Unlike a lot of places in Tonga, I wouldn’t drink the water there. We had to ask for things like water, shampoo, etc. that were complimentary at other hotels. Pretty run down. My room had a broken sink bowl and the facet was so loose I had to hold it with one hand and turn it on/off with the other. The morning ride was ordered in time but there was no way to order an early breakfast. Friendly but we had to wake the night watchman up to help us with our bags. Won’t stay again but as I said, in a pinch it is ok for 1 night.

I liked the sea view Room, good location. Restaurant is open on Sundays . Overall enjoyed my stay .
