따가이따이 호텔

체크인 시 객실이 즉시 이용 가능하지 않으므로 일찍 도착하시기 바랍니다. 우리는 3시에 도착하여 오후 4시가 지나서 방 열쇠를 받았습니다. 우리 방은 창문 전체를 덮지 않는 블라인드 때문에 프라이버시가 부족합니다. 침대는 괜찮습니다. 화장실은 작습니다. 위치가 훌륭합니다. 앞에 주차장이 있고 쇼핑몰 옆에 있어요.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

기대치를 초과합니다 .. Paboritong 호텔 ng mga 아이들. 그들은이 호텔 kasi daw 매우 아늑한 것을 좋아합니다. Lalo na may Kids Club (놀이 집 나힌디 칼라 키한 페로 mag eg padin mga bata를 즐기십시오). Lage kami naeextend ng at least 2 nights pa dahil ayaw na umiwi ng mga bata sa sobrang gusto nila dito. Mahaba tulog nila. yung fluid bear 활동을 시도해야합니다, hindi lang 아이들은 pati din nany를 즐기십시오 .. 😅 Thank You Hotel Casiana .. 💗

Location of the hotel is great. Totally near on all of restaurants and attractions. Only thing that we don't like is the breakfast setup. We choose to have a room that has a breakfast included since it's a buffet setup as per the website, but when we arrive at the hotel restau, hotel staff informed us that breakfast will be serve per plate. The breakfast is very simple and plain to be honest. They only have the traditional and common Filipino breakfast that we think not worth the price. Hope next time breakfast cuisine will be listed or at least describe specifically on the website to avoid expectations.

우리는 가족이며이 콘도를 처음 시도합니다. 우리는 수영장에 접근 할 수 있다고 생각했습니다. 수영을 원한다면 별도 요금이 부과됩니다. 예약 페이지의 객실 세부 사항과 편의 시설이 포함되어 있으므로 Wi-Fi가 없습니다. abs cbn TV 플러스로 채널이 거의없는 케이블은 없습니다. 우리는 추운 날씨를 즐겼고 먼 곳으로 가지 않고 그것을 경험했습니다. 슬프게도 우리는 다시 오지 않을 것입니다.

도착하자마자 리셉션 담당자가 예약을 요청했습니다. 그는 우리에게 열쇠를 건네주었습니다. 리셉션 구역 바깥에는 일에 뒤지지 않는 사람들을 위해 테이블과 의자가있는 방입니다. 로비는 아름다운 예술품 (메모도 찍지도 않았고 사진도 찍지 않았다)과 인상적인 장식과 항아리로 이루어진 이코노 호텔에 인상적이었다. 베란다에서 테이블과 의자도 보았다. 방은 깨끗했고 현지 멋진 그림도 있습니다. 우리는 수건과 세면 도구를 제공했습니다. 좋은 수건을 원한다면 자신의 수건을 가져와야합니다. 온수는 괜찮 았습니다. Wi-Fi / 인터넷은 네트워크 신호가 더 좋았 기 때문에 아침에 베란다에 머물 렀습니다.

우리는 여기에 머무르는 것이 매우 행복합니다. 큰 방이 있고 (10 명은 문제가되지 않습니다) 아이들은 침대를 좋아합니다. 피크닉 그로브와 인민 공원 맞은 편에 어디든 갈 수있어 매우 편리합니다! 그들은 또한 인민 해방군의 아주 좋은 동상이 있습니다. 룸 서비스도 있지만 조식 배달 서비스가 조금 늦습니다.

전망이 좋고 룸컨드션도 좋아요 스카이렌치 ...로빈슨몰은 도보로 2~3분이면 걸어갈수 있고 주변 한국식당, 불랄로 맛집들이 많아 먹거리 볼거리 있어 위치적으로 좋습니다 호텔가격 면에 있어 조식은 아쉬워요

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.
