플래티넘 마운틴 호텔 & 스파(Platinum Mountain Hotel&Spa)

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel, denn: - Reception sagt es gäbe keine Parkplätze in der Garage, obwohl es ausreichend freie Plätze gab. Am Ende beim Ausfahren funktioniert die Karte nicht und ich muss nochmal zur Reception gehen. - für Abendessen mit offenem Buffet zahlt man 25 € pro Person und am Ende kann man nur Hähnchen und Gnochi essen (Fisch mit Weinsause darf eine Schwangere nicht essen. Die Lasagne mit Tomaten beschriftet, aber der Schweinefleisch gar nicht erwähnt). Nach der Beschwerde wird mir gesagt: es tut uns leid, aber Sie können Hähnchenbrust essen. Nach meinem ironischem Lachen wird nach Zimmernummer gefragt und danach nichts passiert. Ich musste trotzdem die 2 x 25€ zahlen. - Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer wird auf 19 Grad eingestellt, die Temperatur bleibt trozdem bei 24 Grad (auch nachts !!). Durch die warme Temperatur konnte man nicht schlafen. - Das Raumlicht funktionkert manchmal gar nicht - SPA wegen den Kindern sehr laut. Die Zeit ohne Kinder ist mit nur einer Stunde (20-21 Uhr) sehr sehr kurz und um 20:50 Uhr werden alle Kunden angemacht, warum man den Saunabereich noch nicht verlassen hat. - englische Sprache ist fehl am Platz

Platinum Mountain to duże rozczarowanie. Miejsce masowe, nastawione wyłącznie na zysk. Jakość wysoce nieadekwatna do ceny i nic poza cenami nic nie jest tu na 5-gwiazdkowym poziomie. W całym obiekcie tłumy i hałas. Basen bardzo przepełniony, ponieważ oprócz gości hotelowych, korzysta z niego mnóstwo ludzi z przynależnych apartamentowców. Restauracja wygląda jak szkolna stołówka, jedzenie przeciętne, a obsługa obojętna. Lokalizacje też średnia. Widok z balkonów tylko na inne budynki. Zdecydowanie nie polecam jeśli szukasz odpoczynku i luksusu.

Well, we haven't experienced this in a long time. An attempt at a five-star hotel with barely three-star service. If you order a welcome drink when booking, you have to request it twice and it will not be brought to you until the next day. Non-functioning lockers in the pool. When checking out, which they want for everyone at the same time, you are like standing in line at the cash register in the local Biedronka. Really undignified.

Clean area There is a swimming pool inside and outside But it is very cold outside Nice rooms We will come back again There is a food store nearby The only disadvantage is that it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the mountains, if you have skis, it is not convenient.

rip off and disapoin**ent from the beginning till the end, absolutely UNIQUE experience in my longlife travel experience, NEVER EVER again! The hotel announces recinstruction of the pool area and offered pool in neughbouring hotel for free - the spare pool had shiwers under reconstruction and the place was naturally overcrowded and dirty. The resort should be five stars - you can cheat but not this much, no safe, no bathrobes, no slippers, no room service, no minibar...the standard of the room is ok for a local pension...full board - sitting in overcrowded restaurant where you can barely move and at the same time we were denied access without any explanation zo another restaurant...service during meals is non existent, coffee for breakfast terrible...the only highlight was service and average pizza in "ala cart restaurant" which is not included in the half board...kids playcorner placed in a dark basement with terrible activities...the only highlight of the stay was fresh air and small streak under the window of my bedroom...the place is enourmously huge and does not have slightest capacit to provide any service...luckily we stayed only two nights...

We enjoyed every minute in this hotel, our kids had a great time. Our room was spacious and modern, even the sofa was comfortable for sleeping. We hoped to have some privacy after putting kids to sleep but the sliding door is just to hide the bed, you can hear everything within the room and the door is not exactly quiet. There was a tall lamp which I dont think is necessary to have and maybe should be hidden from the toddlers… Nice touch with the smart TV but it was not possible to use correctly, not even to change the languague. We were satisfied with the half-board, plenty of choices, very tasteful. At first we were disapointed with the kids menu then we found out dinner is served only 16-19?! So of course there is nothing for kids at 18:30 and of course it’ s very crowded before the closing time. The pool area was excellent, very warm pool for small kids (0,5m) and one big pool (1,2m and 1,4m for swimming). Open 9-20(21 for adults only). Saunas in the basement could be maybe little warmer just one over 70Celsius but ok for kids and teens. It’s a pity you can’ t go outside in the sauna. Both unlimited for guests which is great. The play room was very nice, open 8-20? But we were very disapointed with the animation program for kids. On Monday there was no program. On Tuesday it started at 12, we came at 17 for body painting, our daughter was excited about the disco at 18 and Frozen session at 19:30. At 18 everybody was waiting for the disco, at 18:30 we were told by other parents there will be no disco because our kids are not old enough. Kids between 1 and 3 years old? At 19:30 we found out Frozen session means just a movie. Everything in Polish of course… I was surprised that almost nobody understood Czech despite the fact most of the guests were from Czechia. For lunch we recommend the pizza from Piatti restaurant.

It was great! There was a lot of attractions for children, big swimming pool open from 9-10pm, tasty food and really good service.

We spent a week with our 5 year old daughter , upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel, where 90% of guests are families with children, has restrictions on the use of the swimming pool , the apar**ents in which we slept turned out to be without air conditioning, luckily it was not hot. The room was dirty (dead insects) and in the coffee cup we found chewing gum stuck to the bottom. On the first day of our stay we got a limited breakfast, the next we waited in the long queue , same food every day .

We were in platinum for the first time and we were surprised how beautiful it is there. A large modern room, decorated with wood, which matched the view from the balcony on the greenery of the forest. Children's playroom for children, lots of fun in the pools. We also tried the massages and we can't complain. It is a hotel for families with children and you will enjoy it there.
