So we had an amazing time! Family of 2 adults and 2 children (5,1.9), here are my pros and cons: Pros: Rooms - amazing! They thought about everything for both kids and parents (the nets are there for a reason - keep it shut). We took the suite and also stayed in a small room for our late checkout - both are perfect (design, comfortable..) Food - perfect, every evening takes you to a different country around the world, love it. They serve breakfast and dinner. Loved the kids buffet (though their food was always the same) Service - mostly very good and prompt Pools and waterparks - all warmed up, for all ages - we all loved it! Lifeguards all around the place which is amazing! Lake - lake balaton is beautiful, there is a small sand beach and an access from another non sandy area. Kids playground - indoor and outdoor, both are new very equipped! It’s a shame people don’t read signs and don’t take their shoes off, staff should be more strict about it Kids club - cute and lots of activities around the clock Location - there is a supermarket close by, the ferry to Tihany is also close (by car.. maybe by foot as well) but I’m not sure you’ll want to leave this place Parking - underground parking is available Spa - had a great treatment and relaxation time there ——————- Cons: A-i-r c-o-n-d-i-t-i-o-n-i-n-g - the thing that might prevent me from coming back! The air conditioning around all areas and inside the rooms did not handled the heat of august! We had to use fans, and we basically suffered from the terrible heat. Room - a wooden lion is located above the kids bed. It fell on my kids’ back, he has a nasty bruise. When I told the receptionist she just said - i will tell it to my supervisor. If this falls on a sleeping kid there could be a major issue here! Be ware ! Restaurant - The food and service were terrific, but the variety of food - not so much. As a vegetarian, after a week - I needed something else Cleaning - the outdoor facilities has tons of spider webs, it might be due to shortage of staff at this point, but I’m curious to see what will be there next year.
